Nick flushed my tankless water heater, installed a dehumidifier to the furnace, and cleaned the inside of the furnace. For this last job, he had to take out several parts to get to the back of the furnace. It looks much better and the cleaning reduced the energy wastage by 10 degrees. The appointment was scheduled months in advance for Nov 28. In the morning of Nov 28, Andrew, one of their customer "service" reps called and said Nick had a medical emergency, and would come the next day. I had a strong feeling that he is lying. So when Nick arrived the next day, I asked him about his emergency. He said that a job that was supposed to last three days, extended to four days, and now to five days. He said he'd have to go back to it on Nov 30. My suspicion was conformed. Why a company like Aire Serv hires a liar for a service rep beggars belief. Andrew's tone was disturbing. It was arrogant, yet playful. He even repeated the lie. It seemed like he was playing a game of I am lying and you don't even know it. He seemed to enjoy a certain level of "power" in inflicting dishonesty on a total stranger. I don't know if the management of this company cares enough about its reputation to fire this lying individual, but he better not call me ever again.

He refused to leave the property until I threatened to contact local authorities to remove him.No services were ever done and absolutely nothing was signed. Later, the office staff called me, acted incredibly rude, and threatened financial penalties. Now, they are sending predatory, inflated bills to a completely different address trying to force us to pay for a service that never happened. On top of that, ever since I gave them my contact info, I have been targeted by 10 to 15 spam calls and texts EVERY SINGLE DAY. They clearly sold or leaked my phone number. Absolute scam. Avoid this company.

Anthony discovered a small leak on the gas connector provided me with a fair quote and proceeded to repair. Within 2 hours all concerns were resolved. Very frustrating.... If you're closed, your website…read morecertainly doesn't say so--it clearly states you're open until 4:00 PM. Nothing when calling saying your closed just to leave a message . We have a service agreement with your company, and I've left five messages since last night with absolutely no response. Our outdoor HVAC unit has been having issues. A technician came out five days ago and said the unit was rubbing against a pipe. He simply moved the unit by hand and told us everything was fine. Last night, the unit started making a loud buzzing noise that lasts about a second every five minutes. The only reason I even noticed it was because I was outside with the dogs. I have no idea how long it had been doing it because I never received an alert through my Honeywell app. Assuming 3-5 hrs because i did hear it in afternoon. The house was still cooling, but after researching the issue, it was obvious something wasn't right. I shut off the circuit breaker for 10 minutes and turned it back on, but the buzzing continued. I have now left the breaker off because I don't want to risk burning out the motor or causing even more damage. This unit is only a little over four years old. Compressors can fail, but it's certainly not something you expect this early--especially after being told just a few days ago that everything was fine. The lack of communication is just as frustrating as the mechanical issue. Paying $500 a year for a service agreement should include timely callbacks, especially when a customer may be facing equipment damage. If I don't receive a callback immediately, I'll be requesting a full refund of my $500 service agreement which we just renewed 2 weeks ago . I'm prepared to take my business to a company that actually stands behind its service. What am i paying for ?

Since Chesapeake had installed the pump, I contacted them for service. After evaluating their service man informed me the pump was installed incorrectly causing it to become "air locked" which "fried" the pump. I had the pump replaced on the day of the service call since I already had quite a bit of water in the crawl space and then followed up with their new home group regarding reimbursement. Even though the initial installation was their error and the error identified by their service man, they did not take accountability for the poor-quality work and denied my reimbursement request. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
