Three of us in a cul-de-sac just had the mobile service from the Springboro store come out and sercice 4 mowers. Oil change, oil filters, blade sharpening, flat tire repair; they did it all. It was great and our technician was knowledgeable about all of our mowers; zero turn, lawn tractor, and walk behind. You won't be disappointed.

The employee arrived and told me they he was sorry to interrupt the party but he had to close the store. It was 6:02pm. I arrived at Sherwin-Williams this morning to look at The products that they offered to paint the exterior my home. The painter and I were greeted by an employee named Tony. He was very knowledgeable about the products that they offer and he made suggestions as to what would work best for the durability of the paint. After considerable deliberation with my painter we chose a paint that is guaranteed for 25 years. We then had to paint shaken, and bought paint supplies to complete the job. I was very happy with the price of the product. To pay the entire house on the exterior cost me about $360. Tony also suggested that I join their frequent buyer club and receive 10% off. Anybody would love that kind of bargain! Comparing this paint store with another paint store down the street that offers a very good product, I felt Sherwin-Williams to be a better deal. I love the customer service at this particular store offers. If you're going to touch up your exterior house paint, paint the entire house, or take on a special project I recommend you try out the Sherwin-Williams store on the corner of McKee and Capitol. I recently purchased a used JD X350 lawn tractor with added snow plow and tire chains. The tractor arrived at our home just prior to the snow storm. So I thought we were set for the incoming snow. Went out to use the JD this morning to plow snow. First thing the choke was sticking and hard to work to start the tractor. It was my understanding they checked everything to make sure of operability. Finally got choke to work and tractor started. Went to adjust new snow blade height on runners and one cotter pin was all bent up and difficult to remove. Then very first try to push snow down the drive, one of the new tire chains appears to have broken and chain fell off. So right now I'm very perturbed. We live out in the country and about an hour from their store. And now we are looking at our drive with 15 inches of snow and a tractor not prepared to open it up. I just wanted to update the review and score. Koenig contacted me first thing this morning after they opened from the storm. They sent a technician out to check things out and correct any issues. I am not only happy with Koenig in Tipp City but impressed with their response to my problem. I will continue doing business with them, and highly recommend them if you need John Deere or other yard equipment in the brands they carry. Thank you Koenig for your quick response.

I've been a customer here for more than 25 years and I've always had excellent service and spot on accurate advice. They are under new ownership and have recently doubled their store space by making over the adjacent building. Here's an example of my experiences here: my wife bought a new microwave oven at an auction. We brought it home, took it out of the box, plugged it in and nothing. I took the cover off and discovered a blown fuse. I took the fuse to True Value and they said it was most likely a defective fuse rather than a problem with the microwave. They had a new fuse and when I plugged it in it worked just fine. They also rent equipment and when I've rented things they have all worked fine - like new. True Value - you get an A+!
