We set up an appointment for early Monday morning and Niko was there promptly and even made arrangement to arrive earlier than we first agreed upon. While scheduling can be difficult (he prioritizes emergency calls, as he should), his work is top-notch and his team goes above and beyond, doing the things you didn't think of but needed, such as making sure drains are clear when changing faucet or putting in proper shutoffs where they should be -- no cutting corners.
