They are unprofessional and care very little about the customer experience. It's 2020, if you treat your customers like garbage, they will go elsewhere. And very quickly. Use anyone but these guys. I got completely taken advantage by this company and their response to me was sucks. Even after I got home, they told me I could put all my stuff into a different storage unit to save money for the last two months I was going to be there but they would were going to keep my original storage unit 100 dollars more. Due to what this company did while I was overseas and how they treated me when I got back, I will never use a right space storage again owned by this company. I'm out thousands and their response to me is, well you could someone move all your stuff into another storage unit to make it cheaper while I'm overseas... outrageous... this company will not treat you as a human and will take every dollar they can from you.... Even leaving early, they will not give you your remaining of the month back... If you're homeless they will not help you or they'll let you move in of course they'll take your money and rent you a spot a space but the moment you're there for over more time than they would like you to over there when they think you're doing something when you're not or you're chilly first thing in the morning when you get here to go through your things to add more to it they assume that you're squatting when you're not because you're homeless and then they tell you to move out and take your money anyways so I suggest to everybody don't bother renting from them if you have any time a homeless issues because they will without a doubt pick on you till you leave the leaves or they kick you out ! Just because you come there to go through a few things and you take a chair out of your storage unit to sit for a few minutes to rest with your door half shut doesn't mean that you're squatting you should maybe take a minute and be compassionate and ask the person what they're doing instead of right off flipping out and assuming that they're up to no good or living in it !
