Long version: I contacted Starkey asking them to remove a two items too big to fit in my car. When the day came I was emailed saying they would be late, which I understand these things happen. Next I got a call from them saying they were a little turned around and not sure where my building was. I described it to them with landmarks and waited. Rather than calling me back they sent me an email saying they were "here" but not sure where I was (did they expect me to meet them outside? if so why not call me to tell me that they were outside? I would have met them happily, or did they mean that they still didn't know where my building was?). Ten minutes later another email saying they couldn't find a parking space. That's it. I emailed and called them back and did not get any response. I live in the center of downtown in a small town. There is plenty of parking here and especially at my big red apartment building that I described to them. No idea how they can claim to have been "here" (where is "here" exactly are you in town or at my building?) but also not able to find a parking space. Why didn't call me back explaining what was happening? No, they emailed vaguely and then gave up. Not worth your time, find another company you can count on.

Dean acted rude, combative and generally ill-mannered with me. I recommend you look elsewhere as…read morethere are plenty of other people in this line of work who are very nice and easy to work with. With Dean, however, billing was a nightmare and he did everything he could to extend his work -- is he hungry or something? I hired him on two more visits (his idea), and on both times he seemed to be doing everything he could to keep extending everything. His report was boiler-plate copy/paste nonsense with pictures thrown in (90% of it was just pictures... thanks... I could have done that myself). On return visits (2!!) he basically did nothing but charged and got super rude about the whole thing. I have all emails, reports and bills to support this review if you're interested. Not happy with his effort at all and everything he did for me was utterly useless to me. EDIT 8/8/2017: I see Dean thinks this is a fake review. He clearly did not see the last paragraph, just above. I have invoices, several emails, and canceled checks to your company. My dealings with you were through a company. I'm happy to provide all this evidence to Yelp for verification. Too bad I didn't record the mean phone calls, too!
