Thanks to the lack of knowledge that these 2 men have! The extra loan funds we had borrowed for the cosmetic upgrades that we wanted to do, is now completely gone for major structural repairs....which was OVER 50k! It is a father & son "team"...I use that word loosely. The father wandered around aimlessly playing with his new inferred toy he got, which shows heat loss. The father proceeded to wander around in the different rooms more than once because he couldn't remember if he went in there! Our camp is only 950 sq ft! He was to busy complaining about staying up all night with a sick dog. He never took any real notes for the inspection report we were supposed to receive. Then his son runs around taking pictures in various spaces...attic, crawl space...etc but that's it. We certainly understand & feel bad about his sick dog but we paid him for a quality inspection service. If he wasn't up for the appointment then he should have cancelled. Then about his new toy.....I call bull shit! 2 out of the 3 waterside walls are completely rotted & lacked any type of insulation. What's really funny is that the father kept saying he couldn't believe that this camp was in such good shape & well maintained.....which he said is rare with buildings on the water because the waterside tends to rot!!! Brandon waited weeks to get back to me and talked to my real estate agent again about the damage. Brandon then did not reach back out to me. When I was finally able to get a hold of Brandon, he again spelled my name wrong and said I could reach out to his attorney as he was filling a claim with his professional error and admission. I have yet to get an apologize to this error. To admit that they made the mistake and still not find a way to fix this. This was very unprofessional by Brandon and his team.

Furthermore, the shut off valves under my kitchen sink are all compromised and now have to be replaced by a plumber. This will cost me hundreds if not more and I have to request that the buildings water supply be shut off. The plumber spent less than 10 minutes being able to see that there were issues. Furious does not begin to express how I feel.

When the going gets tough, they don't call back. I have had several issues with my septic system…read moreover the years. The pump stops working and the tank overflows. I have had Nest & Sons come pump my tank 3 times in the last year. I have had the the electric pump replaced as well as the baffle and other parts but they are unable to solve the underlying issue. After paying them thousands of dollars it would be nice to have a system that works properly or at the very least an understanding of what needs to be fixed. Very nice people and service but I get the sense they can't be bothered with big problems.
