I got completely taken advantage by this company and their response to me was sucks. Even after I got home, they told me I could put all my stuff into a different storage unit to save money for the last two months I was going to be there but they would were going to keep my original storage unit 100 dollars more. Due to what this company did while I was overseas and how they treated me when I got back, I will never use a right space storage again owned by this company. I'm out thousands and their response to me is, well you could someone move all your stuff into another storage unit to make it cheaper while I'm overseas... outrageous... this company will not treat you as a human and will take every dollar they can from you.... Even leaving early, they will not give you your remaining of the month back... I will never use them again which is a shame, I did two other deployments and the last company completely took care of me. If your a service member, don't use this storage. The woman in the Bellamy Knox leasing office, Amanda, purposely did not disclose necessary financial information for move-in so that the up-front cost of the apartment was a total surprise. This is only one small example of the underhanded attitude and lack of organization and communication at the Bellamy Knox offices. Amanda then deliberately miscommunicated regarding move-out procedure so she could keep the security deposit, even though we left the place spotless. Ultimately, I would suggest you stay as far away from any Bellamy Knox properties and businesses as possible. These people will take you for everything you've got. Also, Amanda will schedule a meeting with you and completely forget about it/your name. I second the opinion of the other reviewer here. She is incredibly rude, disrespectful of people and their time, unprofessional, and a thief. As a salesperson, I am appalled that a being such as this would be allowed to represent any business in any capacity...let alone sales. Yikes.

When we moved in, the elevators were not working, there were multiple holes in the hallway walls, and it appeared as if they had started renovating the building and stopped in the middle of it. None of these issues were fixed by the time we moved out at the end of October, and it didn't seem like they were making any moves to finish anything, other than paving the parking lots. The apartment served it's purpose as somewhere to live while we were waiting to close on our house, but if we had actually signed a lease with Bellamy Knox we would have been severely dissapointed.
