While there weren't too many glaring issues during the lease period (aside from the unbearably thin walls and the herd of elephants who apparently lived upstairs), things with the leasing office seemed fishy right from the get-go.
The woman in the Bellamy Knox leasing office, Amanda, purposely did not disclose necessary financial information for move-in so that the up-front cost of the apartment was a total surprise. This is only one small example of the underhanded attitude and lack of organization and communication at the Bellamy Knox offices.
Amanda then deliberately miscommunicated regarding move-out procedure so she could keep the security deposit, even though we left the place spotless.
Ultimately, I would suggest you stay as far away from any Bellamy Knox properties and businesses as possible. These people will take you for everything you've got.
Also, Amanda will schedule a meeting with you and completely forget about it/your name. I second the opinion of the other reviewer here. She is incredibly rude, disrespectful of people and their time, unprofessional, and a thief. As a salesperson, I am appalled that a being such as this would be allowed to represent any business in any capacity...let alone sales. Yikes. read more
