I rented a storage unit here for a short amount of time and it was a good experience. The price is…read morecompetitive, the storage units aren't visible from the street, and the units are accessible 24 hours a day. They also sell locks for people that don't already have their own. One downside is that it's not well-lit, so it's hard to get things from the units at night. Also, the receptionist I always saw didn't seem happy to be there. She seemed pretty nice but it would have been a little better if she seemed happier with her job. There were also some minor problems, but they were able to fix them. The unit I was given had a broken latch; the lock would be on securely and the door would still open because the latch wasn't sturdy. They were able to move me to another unit though. I also gave them the required 5 days notice upon leaving before the next month rent was due, and a week later I got a notice saying my rental payment was late. But after calling them, they explained that their system was just slow and that I was all set.

After the unfortunate experience of getting punted into another vehicle on the highway, I sent my car to Committed for repair. With extensive damage to the front and rear of my vehicle, I was nervous about getting the car repaired at all (versus written off), knowing vehicles are never quite right after an accident. Those fears were quickly put to the side after talking with Bryan, the owner of the shop. He gave me a call right away, telling me his approach to the business and plan for the car. As a side note, I find it hard to find anyone who really cares about their quality of work these days, and it was immediately clear with Bryan that he stands out from the rest. I literally can not say enough good things about this business, but here's a few highlights of my experience. - Called right away to talk me through the process and give me a timeline - Literally spent an hour going through all that was repaired - Extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process - When they said they would do something, they followed through exceptionally well, and without me having to bring things back up - After there was a delay in getting the car done due to unforeseen circumstances, they did everything they could to make it up to me, including and certainly not limited to offering a rental at no cost, working after hours (which I can attest to), and dropping the car off at my home. I will note that I am very particular and have the potential to a pain in the side if anything goes wrong. All auto repairs can be sticker shock inducing, however the people at Committed Collision were able to explain the reasoning behind their recommended repairs. They also allowed for me to take my vehicle elsewhere to go out for a second opinion. No pressure, just calm reasoning. I felt very comfortable with their service.
