Very rude men who could barely communicate showed up saying they had a work order to install a water heater when in fact it was a quote request by my landlady to confirm cost and access installation. When I explained that we were not installing it today they wanted payment of $2750 for installation even if they were not doing the work because they had a work order on their phone and they showed up to install. They were upset because they weren't getting paid for coming out and completing the work order. I offered to pay them a service charge just to get them to leave. But was told I need to pay the full work order amount of $2750 even if they weren't doing the work. This business needs to screen their contractors.

I have used these folks several times in the past and can't believe have never given them what they deserve and that's a 5 plus stars Yelp review!! Today CMS Plumbing saved my bacon by having Chris come out to the house and unplug our sewer system within two hours of my desperate phone call. I had three women trying to get ready in the morning and telling them they could not use the bathrooms was very dangerous to my health. They were getting ready to lynch me, but...... Chris saved me! He did the work so quickly and carefully that it was fantastic having him service our home! Chris is very friendly and very professional in his manner. (Plus he likes dogs!) He took the time to explain what he was going to do and did it super quickly! The women were extremely happy to be able to use the bathrooms again and it was the best money I have ever spent! CMS has saved me sooo many times. Back in July two other workers Freddy and Johnny came and snaked the house. These two gentlemen are very professional in how they conduct business as well. They like Chris, do the work in an expeditious manner without sacrificing the quality. Thank you CMS Plumbing! You are definitely the best value for the highest quality of service you preform!! They also were responsive immediately and answered my questions quickly. True to their word, Cris (the owner and lead plumber) showed up to our door in under 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional, asking if he could enter our home, putting on plastic protectors on his shoes. After evaluating the situation, he explained to me and my wife that he needed to replace our cold water shut-off valve connected to our cold water line. He gave us a quote on what the cost would be. We shared with him what our budget was and we were so happy that Cris was willing to work with us on our budget to get the work done. It was amazing that Cris had all the materials he needed to get the job done, as he put me and wife at ease and proceeded to do the repairs. After he finished, he showed us the corroded copper piece (which was behind the wall that we gave him approval to cut into) and the new copper pipe that he was replacing.
