Viewing the interior and exterior of my home, you'd never know an exterior door existed at the previous location. All remnants of the landing were gone. He showed me that my roofers hadn't done the balcony right; they'd put the roofing over the limestone instead of under it and skipped replacing some rotted wood. Because of that, I was able to get them back out to fix it for free. He also pointed out that the mold remediation guys had removed a light fixture box, which they're now coming back to replace at no cost.
