My project with Handy by Calloway happened over a week or so, and during this time they were responsive to all emails, phone calls, and voicemails. For my project, Mr. Calloway constructed an interior wall, installed drywall, and installed a doorway. Wall is level, door is level, and he brought our wall to a state ready for paint. I called Creighton to come out and give me an estimate to make several repairs at my rental property. He returns voicemails and texts promptly and shows up on time when he says he'll be there. The repairs included fixing a leaking kitchen drain, replacing kitchen countertops, repairing closet shelves, installing a new thermostat and replacing a broken window. Creighton called us back right away. I was new to the area and did not know anyone. He was able to come pretty quickly. We arranged a time and he worked hard all day putting lattice up around our deck and putting up blinds which were a challenge in itself. He stayed until late that night getting the job done.
