On the July 2025 call, we requested a follow-up appointment to replace a part that the tech didn't have on his truck, but didn't hear back. I've tried numerous times on and off over the past 9 months to schedule a follow-up service call with them, without success. The owner, Rob Weld, never answers my calls, and won't respond to my voice text messages. I'd try someone else, but unfortunately, there are no other companies in the area that service Fisher & Paykel appliances. I contacted the place where we purchased them (C&D Appliance Studio in Marble Falls), and a very diligent employee there said she'd reach out to Rob on our behalf. He apparently DID answer HER call, and her reply to me was as follows: "I was able to reach Rob with Wolf Appliance Repair. He has asked that you please send him a text, and he will reach out on Monday! This will be his reminder to do so. He wasn't receiving any of your calls or texts because for some reason your number was blocked on his end, and he doesn't know how or why!!! He would very much like to help you." Well, the excuse that my number was blocked was bogus; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to leave voice or text messages with him. Regardless, I did send him another text, and also called him (no answer, left voice message), and to no surprise, never heard back. I followed up with C&D a few times over the following week, and they couldn't get him to call me either. Finally, they replied with a list of other service repair companies, none of whom work on Fisher & Paykel products. I guess it's no surprise that Wolf Appliance's website doesn't list a phone number or email address. Seems they really don't want to make it easy for you to reach them. I do see their truck in town from time to time, so I can only conclude that they will still provide service to SOME customers. I don't know what it is I did to alienate Mr. Weld, but I suppose that my only recourse at this point will be to replace my dishwasher, since I can't get Wolf to come out and repair it.

For full story read on: Had an initial warranty call through Lowes in February, no choices for who to use. Melissa came out, spent probably an hour with my washing machine, orders 4 parts. She did just fine, but that was the end of good experiences. Two months later and multiple calls to the office "it is backordered, we can't do anything." I call Lowes myself, end up with parts shipped direct to me, scheduled follow up and arranged my schedule around being available on a Friday. They never called, and office phone went straight to v/m after lunch. When I called the following Monday, "you didn't answer." Lies, I never had any missed calls that day. They reschedule me for the next Friday. Owner shows up this time instead. He is clueless, asking what parts were ordered and why- sir, I'm not a tech, this is why you people are here. He looked at it for a while, then said that something else was broken and Lowes was likely going to replace the machine. Maybe if yall hadn't taken 3 months to come out something else would not have broken! Owner also told me, when I told him their service and communication was lacking, that he could close my ticket and refer to some other company in Abilene. Even to file that report to replace the washer, it took them 3 full days and excuses "we can't reach the warranty company" until I called Lowes again myself complaining about why I wasn't hearing anything. Absolutely do not use this company if you have any choice, and if you are stuck with them due to warranty claims be prepared to do a lot of calling on your own because they won't lift a finger to help you.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and took the extra time to find what I was looking for by calling several other businesses in the area until they special ordered what I needed and had it overnighted so that I could get the project finished. This kind of service above and beyond the normal is what makes purchasing materials here a special treat. While I was waiting as they made several phone calls they even offered me cold bottled water and fresh popcorn to help while I was waiting. This is small town service at its finest.
