I was actually surprised they were the cheapest quote (one local company quoted me $200 more, while another it was $1,000 more!), and if it had been anyone else I would've been worried about the quality of the work. However, they performed the job in a timely manner that day, I had much better water pressure when I got off work, and they even contacted the city to let them know the sewer line under the street was about to go at any minute.
