Every time one of their guys have come to my house, they've been nothing but nice, and always taken the time to explain to me plainly about what's going on. Even the answering service was very nice to me! I've called them out for small issues before, but I went with them for replacing my water and sewer lines to my house. My house is 60 years old, and I'm pretty sure my lines are just as old. I was actually surprised they were the cheapest quote (one local company quoted me $200 more, while another it was $1,000 more!), and if it had been anyone else I would've been worried about the quality of the work. However, they performed the job in a timely manner that day, I had much better water pressure when I got off work, and they even contacted the city to let them know the sewer line under the street was about to go at any minute. Yeah, my neighbors owe me big time. Superior Services is fantastic and will be the only company I will call from now on for my home maintenance needs.

Pat Neves, proprietor of 1st Choice Comfort Solutions, has been the only HVAC vendor "worth his salt" in both being able to understand the technology of the old HVAC units but also keep them running and making the necessary repairs. The install crew did an awesome job. They had to do a lot of modifications to get the unit to fit in the attic, which they did. With no fault of the crew, they were unable to get the unit working before they left. First thing this morning Kevin arrived and found that the factory missed labeled a wiring connection. He quickly fixed the issue and I was up and running. Couldn't be more happier with the crew at Bowles Heating and Air Conditioning.
