This place is awesome. it's like half barbershop, half Latin Orioles baseball museum... is the true Dominican Barbershop experience...right here in Bmore.. Reminds me of Kontrol Kutz in Miami (Allapatah neighborhood) Salsa music blasting, the barbers talking about what lady action their customers may or may not have had over the weekend (in Spanish) haha I remember my barber asking a guy waiting "Pero un tipo como tu que trabaja en la calle, si tu ves a un tigre vacano en fila, tu le cobras entrada??" Funny just to listen to the conversations here LOL Granted, it helps you know some Espanol but it is a fun place to get your hair cut if you are Cubano like myself, or got that Caribbean background or just love the game of beisbol / the O's in general. Every recent Domincan Orioles player I can think of has their jersey autographed on the wall here, with a photo of them getting their hair cut here... Sosa, Vlad, Felix Pie, Daniel Carbrera, Ramon Hernandez... there were a few others too that I'm forgetting.. A little display case of pro bats as well as super cool..i think some game used batting gloves are here too.... About the haircut, it was on point. No complaints. $23 for the haircut + the shave with the knife too was a solid price. And it was the best haircut I've had in the city personally, right around the corner from where my wife gets her lady grooming done, so super convenient for me! Half way through my haircut my barber took a break to briefly dance some salsa with one of the kids waiting for his cut lol.. hilarious... Sooo after looking aimlessly on Google for a female barber I stumbled across this cute lil barber shop. Anna who was such a joy cut my hair she was very professional and friendly as well. I called ahead and made an appointment last min on a Saturday and it was kept at most other shops I've been to you wait up to 30 mins after your scheduled appointment. There open till 8 which is awesome!The music was great and I loved how it was decorated in all Os stuff felt like a cute shop out the movies. But all and all Anna hooked me up and saved my hairline and the atmosphere was nice and I had a lot of eye candy as well. read more

Great barber shop in Patterson Park. I'm too particular about the way people cut my hair and they get it right each time. Ask for Dewin, he's extremely talented and can honestly make anyone's hair look good. The shop plays a mix of Spanish and Hip Hop music and is always kept clean. I even stopped later than expected one night and the owner stayed open for me. For such great work and service, I'll definitely be back ! I have been coming to this barbershop for about a year and I've been really happy with my experiences and haircuts. The shop is clean and decorated form top to bottom with Oriole's memorabilia. You can also spot a few pictures of Dewin, the owner, cutting the hair of some the Baltimore Orioles players. They usually have Rap or Hip-Hop playing from the speakers and music videos or sporting events on the TV screens. As for the haircuts, Dewin is a good barber who can work with well with clippers and a pair of shears. He's given me a comb over and a blowout taper and I've been pleased with his fading, line ups, and his ability to work with longer hair. I would definitely recommend him. Just remember to bring cash because they don't take cards. They do however have an ATM on site. Furthermore, get their early because Dewin can often have many customers. read more

Barbers are rough in your head with their dirty equipment. Uneven, unsymmetrical haircuts. Barbers take breaks and phone calls mid haircut.

Worst haircut I've ever received. I highly doubt the guy that cut my hair had a license. Asked for a taper and received a fade with a line in my head. What a joke. This review isnt for the barber but more for the barber who cut my hair. Everyone else in the barbershop seem to know what they are doing. I just arrived at this barbershop at 7:45 PM. It says on their door and on this app that they close at 8 PM. I go in and the guy tells me that they are closed. He had quite a few people in there waiting for a haircut. Which meant he was probably going to be well over his 8 pm quitting time. But the neon sign said OPEN. And it clearly says on his door, that they are very much open. I explain to him that I just took her car from 15 minutes away that cost me $16 and he still would not cut my hair read more

They stay open late, if you need to run get a haircut at 10 or 11pm. Decent cut, not great.

Got a shitty cut from another shop fixed here. Excellent fade with exceptional attention to detail. Straight razor shaves and shape ups. Very clean shop and friendly service. Dewin cuts Manny Machados hair, and has several other celebrity pictures hanging up that are past/present clients. This guy knows his stuff. I haven't had a cut from any of the other guys in the shop though. read more
