I had never heard of them as I'm only in the area part-time each year. Steve was my therapist and he was very attentive to my body's needs that day. It was definitely a different type of massage than I'm used to - I usually go for deep tissue or sports but this time I went with Swedish because of how sore I was. I had wanted to focus only on my lower body but as expected, my shoulders and back were incredibly tight and I appreciated the attention Steve gave to those areas. Yes the table was unheated (or not turned on) and I was a tad chilly at first but I warmed up right away. If you're cold, definitely ask for an extra blanket. No parking is the norm in downtown Saratoga Springs so not sure what the other reviewer was expecting - it's so easy to find a spot in the street or in one of the many municipal lots or garages. We were greeted immediately upon entering and they knew exactly who we were. They offered us water. Reception was wearing a mask ( if you aren't vaccinated you have to wear a mask) we signed some paperwork and our room was prepped. I had a man do my massage and a women took care of my husband. They both asked us individually if we had areas we wanted focus on/any injuries etc. the woman address and explained why my husband might be experience all the back pain and issues he constantly has. The man who did my massage was extremely professional, making sure I was covered appropriately and comfortable. He checked to make sure the pressure was what I wanted. I could feel him get a knot in my back: he'd start and find it flat handed, felt like he would then try to work it out with his knuckles and move to his elbow to slowly add in more and more pressure.
