Every visit Grace continues to surprise you with another addition to make your massage appointment an even better experience. I am not reviewing specifics so that you might enjoy the experience as much as I do. This review comes with a warning though, once you go Grace, there is no going back. From her warm inviting personality to her professional demeanor and talent as a massage therapist, it is truly an escape and experience like no other massage you will or have ever had. I have told Grace prior to her, I was a massage whore. I would take an appointment wherever I could get in when it worked for my schedule. Now I schedule my appointments out weeks, and months in advance. An appointment with Grace is like Christmas morning, something I look forward to with anticipation as much as the experience. I keep a gratitude list, Grace is frequently on it that is how much my time with Grace means! My family and friends know, birthdays, Christmas, or Mother's Day there is only one gift suggestion! So if you haven't already, treat yourself but remember you have been warned there is no going back to a massage anywhere else!

I checked around to see who I could go to for a massage and called Adirondack Salt Cave for availability. They scheduled me with Hendrick and I added cupping as an add-on. Walking in, the room is dimly lit with salt lamps on the floor so you can rest your feet on them while you wait. There's jewelry, salt lamps, cherapy warming wraps (warmies made from cherry pits) and a few other things for sale, and the ladies at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. The massage: Hendrick was very professional, attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns and to also explain to me in depth detail about how the massage would be done. I got a Swedish massage with cupping integrated in said massage and all I can say is my body feels less tight, relaxed and my upper back can breathe more easily than before. Thank you for giving my body and mind a huge reset. Will absolutely be returning!
