My mom loved more than anything the gentle, supportive massage, even though she suffered severe neuropathic pain in her legs, the result of a spinal injury. Massage actually brought much needed relief and my mom was deeply grateful for it. Jennifer was always pleasant to work with, and easily accommodated my mom's schedule and health status of the day. Very flexible! I highly recommend her services. It was exactly what we needed. I only wish we could have used it for much longer. Thank you, Jenn!

I checked around to see who I could go to for a massage and called Adirondack Salt Cave for availability. They scheduled me with Hendrick and I added cupping as an add-on. Walking in, the room is dimly lit with salt lamps on the floor so you can rest your feet on them while you wait. There's jewelry, salt lamps, cherapy warming wraps (warmies made from cherry pits) and a few other things for sale, and the ladies at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. The massage: Hendrick was very professional, attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns and to also explain to me in depth detail about how the massage would be done. I got a Swedish massage with cupping integrated in said massage and all I can say is my body feels less tight, relaxed and my upper back can breathe more easily than before. Thank you for giving my body and mind a huge reset. Will absolutely be returning!

I would highly recommend a session. Also, Jamie has been cutting my husband and my sons hair for years. She's the only one I trust around here to cut my sons hair because her fades are always flawless. Her hair studio is completely separate from all the other services offered here, it is just in the same building, so no need to worry about that. I would highly recommend this location for the above mentioned services.

On my 8th out of 10 days, I knew that I needed much more than an overpriced massage. Jamie graciously made time for me the following morning. By that time, day 9 of vacation with my husband's side of the family and our children, my body, mind, and spirit needed a lot of work! I kept saying that I wished I would have found her sooner, but she patiently reminded me that I came when I was ready. I'm always in a rush to fix myself, but healing from Jamie felt very synchronized. It wasn't forced, it wasn't too much, it wasn't lacking. I was suffering from sciatica pains, a rotator cuff injury, as well as stress pain in my back and neck. The bodywork was just amazing. Jamie's knowledge of anatomy and Ayurveda help make sense of why I have pain in those areas, and hopefully how I can avoid that pain in the future. My favorite part of my visit was the breath work and grounding. She is insanely intuitive and sugar-coats nothing! I will definitely look forward to working with her via Skype along my journey.

I have sensitive facial skin from years of sun and salt water exposure, sun poisoning, eczema, and psoriasis. After an initial consultation, Sahara took great care in custom-creating my face and body products (facial oil, body oil, psoriasis tonic, body scrub). When my first batch was gone, I made sure to turn to her again. I've used expensive brands in the past and now have a hard time justifying using products that are not 100% natural. I am someone who wholeheartedly believes that health is wealth and cannot recommend Sahara enough if you too are looking for someone who will be meticulous with your unique and ever-evolving needs.
