The other school "seemed" more modern & had fancy video system (which was good when our daughter was little and couldn't verbally tell us about her day), but truly what i learned was a video doesn't stop a mean/scary teacher in action and you cant rewind. However, the children spot provides lots of picture it didn't have a camera to watch the children at home-- but you're welcomed to come & watch from their office if you ever want to come in (which i never needed to because the disposition of my child was better now) . My child is MUCH happier here & learning more here at the children spot. She does hands on activities, tracing & projects (besides coloring all day long as she seemingly did in the other school). She's in love with her teacher "Ms. Missy" and all the staff. I also love the various discounts they offer for military and educators. I highly recommend this place for any parent due to our amazing experience.

If I could I'd put O stars, they are always severely understaffed,…read morethe food/drinks in the fridge aren't dated on when last used, they aren't good at time management, while I worked here I had my daughter enrolled and she never learned anything and was in Pre-K, there's no set lesson plans, her teacher yelled at her and called her a selfish brat in front of me, goes by Ms Carter, made me clean a whole classroom by myself on my first day in the morning with no help and then gave me 10 minutes to do it, then sent kids in the room and made more of a mess. They never have a steady schedule so you're never promised a break, I called in sick because me and my daughter has the stomach flu and they still tried calling me in after I told them I kept throwing up and said they'd deduct my pay if I didn't come in. You or your child will get sick here often either for working or placing your child. There was 4/5 year olds in the 3's classroom and has 2's coming in as well that weren't potty trained and there's no changing table in the room, and they'd go hours without a diaper change. They said they'd help send them back but never did. Never followed states law about ratio, I was with the 2's and it's 1 teacher: 11 kids, and they would have 16 kids with me by myself and knew other teachers like the tods and infants were bad as well and a baby went 6/7 hours without a bottle since she was alone until I came in and she had 10 infants! All by her self to watch, feed, burp and hold. Just would give this place -100/10 for working and to place your child! Never trust them even though it's a Christian learning based, they never practiced God's word only did a prayer! I only lasted here a month, waste of my time!

THEY LEFT MY CHILDREN AT SCHOOL AND ARE ACTING LIKE IT'S NO BIG DEAL! My children are supposed to…read morebe bussed from their school to this facility every Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday. It has been this way for over a year now. My youngest who is 9 decided without permission that she was going to attend an after school event and not get on the bus (this is a separate issue that has being handled) My issue is that the staff member driving the bus thought it was perfectly ok for my 9 year old to tell them she is not supposed to be on the bus that day and also pulled her sister off of the bus. No objection from staff at all. No communication either. I only was notified of this situation when my child called me from an elementary school teacher of needing to be picked up from the school after the event. No one on this staff cared enough about the safety of my children to think to call me and confirm what was going on. The only thing they have to say for themselves is they understand how upsetting this situation can be. I emailed Xplor effective immediately my children will no longer be attending the afterschool program. I was then told by the principal Nicole Cox I am still required to pay 4 weeks of tuition because of what's stated in the contract. Funny thing is I can't find anything in the contract that says it's okay for them to take the word of a 9 yr old, not notify me, the PARENT, the one that PAYS for TRANSPORTATION/SUPERVISION and then act like it's no big deal. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CHILDREN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR SAFETY!!!! Side note: There "billing department" is a complete joke to say the least. I have caught several overage in charges. And after I provide proof/receipts, I get the typical "Oh I apologize, that's our error, we will fix it." Days go by, it's still on my account. And I'm continuously having to babysit them on how to do their job. It's quite embarrassing.
