I most recently made a clock and cant wait to get it up on the wall. They have 56-7 different stain options and about 50-75 different colored paints for you to use. They print the stencil for you so when you show up to class you check the spelling and make sure it is the right project. You distress and stain your wood slats and there are staff on hand to help you all along the way. Amy and James Evans run 4 stores I think and they do a great job at taking care of their customers. THEY LEFT MY CHILDREN AT SCHOOL AND ARE ACTING LIKE IT'S NO BIG DEAL! My children are supposed to…read morebe bussed from their school to this facility every Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday. It has been this way for over a year now. My youngest who is 9 decided without permission that she was going to attend an after school event and not get on the bus (this is a separate issue that has being handled) My issue is that the staff member driving the bus thought it was perfectly ok for my 9 year old to tell them she is not supposed to be on the bus that day and also pulled her sister off of the bus. No objection from staff at all. No communication either. I only was notified of this situation when my child called me from an elementary school teacher of needing to be picked up from the school after the event. No one on this staff cared enough about the safety of my children to think to call me and confirm what was going on. The only thing they have to say for themselves is they understand how upsetting this situation can be. I emailed Xplor effective immediately my children will no longer be attending the afterschool program. I was then told by the principal Nicole Cox I am still required to pay 4 weeks of tuition because of what's stated in the contract. Funny thing is I can't find anything in the contract that says it's okay for them to take the word of a 9 yr old, not notify me, the PARENT, the one that PAYS for TRANSPORTATION/SUPERVISION and then act like it's no big deal. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CHILDREN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR SAFETY!!!! Side note: There "billing department" is a complete joke to say the least. I have caught several overage in charges. And after I provide proof/receipts, I get the typical "Oh I apologize, that's our error, we will fix it." Days go by, it's still on my account. And I'm continuously having to babysit them on how to do their job. It's quite embarrassing.
