I received 2 forms on 2/27 which were 97% completed; however, we had a family emergency and had to call 911 for an ambulance so I was spread thin. On Friday, March 6th, I received a follow-up call from Corinne, and I sincerely apologized to her as I was at the hospital saying my goodbyes as the patient felt like they were about to passaway that day, and Corinne told me "well this is your final follow-up. If we don't have the forms by Monday, 3/9, you'll have to find another provider. I WAS ONLY DELAYED BY 5 BUSINESS DAYS?! No empathy whatsoever from a care service. I'm happy to look elsewhere if that's how you treat people needing help.

HOWEVER, (and I hope someone from the company sees this) the onboarding process to work for this company is an absolute NIGHTMARE -- and it doesn't have to be. The way it's been laid out is totally backwards and I have been onboarding for FIVE WEEKS!! AND IM STILL NOT DONE!! It's 100% garbage, throw it away and start over. Don't make families wait for care. Create a system that doesn't make people pay out of pocket, miss work, drive hours out of the way, call and email numerous times to elicit and response. Do better.

I transfered to…read moreWelBeHealth in December because I was told that they provkide more services, especially transportation. I missed a very important medical appointment today because transportation was never arranged. I made several phone calls this morning to WelBeHealth and to the doctor's office. Everybody kept passing the buck, saying it's not their responsibility to communicate between healthcare providers and WelBeHealth staff. [They rarely answer their phones at WelBeHealth. Leaving a message doesn't do any good.] On one hand, I was told that WelBeHealth is supposed to call the doctor's office and arrange transportation. I'm not clear on what else I was told. But, how can WelBeHealth call them if they are not informed? Nobody ever explained the "procedures" to me, yet I'm sure I mentioned my appointment to the WelBeHealth staff when I was in for activities on Monday and also last friday. Also, I was prescribed eardrops about 3 weeks ago. [Jan 22?] Again, no one informed WelBeHealth of the new prescription. After waiting about 3 days, I called WelBeHealth to ask about my eardrops and they had no clue. More "runaround". I gave details and the eardrops were delivered late that same evening on the weekend. Why is there no communication between WelBeHealth staff and healthcare providers? I was supposed to see the ENT doctor again today for follow-up. I had trouble rescheduling my audiogram from Jan 28 to Feb 19. I called WelBeHealth and the audiogram facility and I thought I had resolved it, but then I got a phonecall on Jan 27th or 28th saying I had a ride. Um, no. That appointment was cancelled until after I go back to see the doctor and reschedule once she sees how well the eardrops are doing so far [the infection seems to have cleared up]. But then the audiogram was rescheduled anyway, and now I've missed my follow-up appointment and I have to wait for SOMEbody to DO their JOB so I can reschedual with the ENT ASAP so I don't have to RE-reschedule the audiogram again. This is unacceptable! I am beyond frustrated. I've done all I can to communicate with all parties involved, but they won't communicate with each other. This makes my anxiety problems even worse. Another note: TWICE I was not informed of an appointment until the very last minute. Once with my new primary healthcare provider and once with my new ear doctor. [They are both EXcellent!] But, what if I'd had another appointment on either of those days? I received an unexpected automated call out of the blue to tell me that a van would pick me up. For WHAT?? I always get picked up for activities on Mondays and Fridays just before noon, and I've had several other scheduled appointments, no problem.

    I am waiting months to get a appointment that never comes to get glasses it tooks almost 5 months…read moredental appointment I am currently waiting 8 plus months I get a appointment just for them to tell me about the next appointment what there gone to do still waiting messed up on bite guard been asking for partial dentures for over a year I can't eat much due to my teeth hurting most employees are nice have a few that love to gossip about patience and spread rumors right out in front of everyone still waiting on my dental appointment and my glasses my psych doctor through me under the bus I saw her 1 time in the year I was there her name was Emily something always happened to where there was not another appointment my new one saw me 1 time for 10 minutes on video call seem to me he didn't take the time to care sounded like he was in a meeting with other people so there no doctor patient privilege and there's other people in the room listening his name was Josh still waiting for my meds been a little over a month and a half. Side doctors dental and vision I've been with this insurance for over a year still have not received anything from the dental they did put something in my mouth which it's been hurting for several months and then they denied doing it I asked them to take it out or give me x-rays and all three of them denied but I know for a fact they put something on my tooth I saw the blue light that white gel have been in pain ever since and that was a good two three months ago

We gave worked with Bernadette, who is a HHA and is always gentle and friendly while bathing my mom, Linda, Reed and Amanda who are PT and OT and have shown great patience with my mom, Adriana the social worker who has provided lots of resources and information for elderly care, and John Rae and Alex, the nurses who have tended my moms wounds and dressings and drawn blood for her kaiser tests. Amanda happened to be here when my mom had a possible stroke and she assisted me in calling 911 and assessing my mom's vitals until the ambulance got here. They go above and beyond. And you should completely disregard that racist review which is completely disgusting, talking about filipinos and 3rd world countries?? Honey i dont care what race or color you are as long as you provide excellent care, which Global has. I had already planned to write a review for them but considering the situation that just happened with my mom, and Amanda's assistance, I wanted to go ahead and sit down and write this review ASAP. Thank you Global for your awesome care with my mom :)

Medical Equipment (Grade D): Unnecessary "bundled" equipment arrived without transparency. Crucially, delivered an unsafe, bed with 40-year-old design bed with malfunctioning manual rails, leading to a patient fall and injury. Medications (Grade C): Late-night deliveries (after 8 PM) and inadequate supply for basic needs like constipation. Personal Care (Grade C): Aide was inflexible regarding scope of care, refusing basic help with a meal despite the patient's physical weakness. Emotional and Spiritual Support Counseling (Grade F): Minimal contact and zero emotional support. The social worker was dismissive, suggested the patient use briefs instead of the bathroom for caregiver convenience, and eventually stopped visits entirely, citing the VA as a reason to disengage. Caregiver and Family Assistance Emergency Response (Grade F): A two-hour nurse response time following a stroke. The responding nurse was unable to answer questions, used a CPAP instead of required oxygen, and failed to check swallowing safety until prompted.
