It is smaller than some of the others but had very adequate machines, and equipment to address my referral for strength and balance. The staff is very focused on providing a plan that addresses the needs of the person referred. They are encouraging, and attentive to the persons doing their exercises. Helpful feedback is provided. Rebecca is a welcoming presence at the front desk. She schedules appointments that work for patients schedules and takes care of rescheduling appointments as needed. The staff is excellent. I worked with Edgar and Carlos primarily. Also Aaron and Nate. Olivia appeared to be working with the people with very serious recovery issues such as strokes and recent surgeries but did provide me with some helpful information several times. I felt good about the smaller team and the individual attention provided to patients. Overall I would say my experience was excellent and I thank the staff for their professionalism and care.

All workers there treat the patients with the upmost care. Our 2 weeks there were wonderful. Best PT & OT staff I've ever seen. Fast forward 12/30/25 my husband was moved there by Memorial Hospital after he was there for 2 weeks with GBS. We were there for 17 days. They worked with him & today he was able to come home. 2nd time he's had GBS in 34 years. Staff was incredible-especially Dr J & NP "Jay" OT & PT awesome 5 Star plus in every way.
