There have been several instances of a child running out of the facility down the street and causing incident in the last couple of weeks. Today my street was barricaded by police while your staff attempted to deal with this child in the street preventing my return home and causing me to detour 5 miles to my home. Their facility is disruptive to the peace of the neighborhood and the staff is incompetent. There have been times when I am out walking my dog and am concerned about the resident there being violent as they are outside the fence and screaming. They don't water the trees outside the facility letting them wilt and die. Do whatever you can to keep them out of your neighborhood!

There is a 209 number that parents / guardians call to reach Aces facility. They do not pick up. Ever. I have sat in my car and called and watched as the front desk did NOTHING. But when Aces needs to reach out to me they call from an 833 number, but when I called that number it is NOT the Aces facility on Coffee rd. The front desk has scoffed and laughed at me and done nothing to change. They do not care for your child, they treat them with little to no heart. If I could give ZERO STARS I would !
