Today, he is in General Ed Kindergarten while still receiving services, and the progress he has made truly amazes me. His first supervisors, Megan and Vanidi, were not only there for Miguel but also for me as a parent. I will forever have a special place in my heart for them because they guided me during a time when I knew nothing about the spectrum. They supported us in ways I will never forget, and I am so grateful for everything they poured into my son and into me as his mom. When it came time to switch supervisors, I'll admit I felt sad and hesitant--I wasn't sure what to expect. But once again, we were blessed. Ashley and Jaime stepped in and have been nothing short of incredible. Their genuine care for the children and their passion for what they do shine through every single day. Knowing that Miguel has people like them cheering him on gives me so much peace. Not only has Miguel benefited, but my younger son (who is 4) recently began services with BEST as well. From the very beginning, I have been impressed with every single person I've encountered--from the BTs to the supervisors and staff. Matt deserves special recognition because he is truly an extraordinary human being. There are no words to fully express how much he has done for my son. His dedication and heart are the reason Miguel has been able to overcome so many challenges. He is not only a role model for my son but for so many other children as well. My younger son also absolutely loves Jesus and Jayden, and I'm so thankful for the kindness and patience they've shown while helping him adjust during his very first month at the center. Information they should already know. Because their call was not returned on demand they denied enrollment. They are unprofessional and committing fraud to receive federal funding.

Upon weekly meetings with Kelly and changing a best teacher, today when I got to the center to pick up my son, here is what I noticed: - lunch bag unopened full of food which was sent(my son is on very strict diet so we send food from home) and no he didnt eat anything otherwise his body shows signs if he eat something he is not suppose to - water bottle unopened - his clothes had chocolate all over it and new clothes in his bag were not even touched (even we have told the center not to give me anything not even chocolate) When I asked for his teacher NICK, we were told that Nick called off today. We asked for KELLY and was told that Kelly is ij Modesto today. We asked receptionist by showing his clothes, lunch box and water bottle and this is the response: WE ARE SORRY BUT BECAUSE OF SUMMER CAMP WE ARE SHORT AND STAFF AND NO PAID ATTENTION TO YOUR SON TODAY. This is absolutely un-acceptable. We have wrote notes in his log book but no one checked. We had meetings with KELLY in the past where we discovered that his teachers rip off the pages from his log book when we send a note. There are days when we pick him up soaking wet in bathroom and no one changed his clothes. We are not sending our son to this center until we discuss with UPPER MANAGEMENT (Kelly's managers) and take legal action about this.
