The response: 20% off. I couldn't help but notice that their policy charges customers 50% for canceling without 24 hours' notice, but apparently when they cancel last-minute, my time is worth far less. Overall, I found the service dismissive, the lack of apology unprofessional, and the resolution unfair.

I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If they knew they were unable to honor the reservation, I feel they should have notified me at least a week in advance rather than waiting until only two days before the appointment. At that point, finding another couples massage appointment elsewhere was extremely difficult, especially for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, this completely ruined plans I had made for our one-year anniversary. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, but the lack of communication and the extremely late notice were unacceptable.
