We came on time & were waiting on the room for about 10 minutes. And right after they entered into the room - one lady kind of force my hubby to take the deep tissue massage which is more money than regular massage. I told her we had massage here before we just want the same type of massage we had before. She was not happy and did not want to do the massage and left - the room. so another woman came to do the massage for my hubby. during the massage, I can tell they were intended not to put the effort to do the massage. At the end of the massage - I also found that they set the alarm to stop the massage 10 minutes earlier. I was quietly asked them why they stopped the massage 10 minutes earlier. The woman replied to me that next time they will make up the minutes for us. We were not happy about it. And guess what - At the payment desk- they even asked us to pay 20% for the tips.... !!!??? We are not going back again.

When it's time to go in, you walk down a dimly lit area which starts to put you in the mood of solitude and comfort. You are guided to a chair where you sit and then the upper body massage starts. Mine lasted for a 1/2 hour and it was wonderful. The next 1/2 hour, you are guided to lye down on the pull out chair/couch. It is so comfortable and relaxing.
