After a while she started talking in her native language, and to my surprise, the guy in the adjacent booth started chatting back with her. Talk about privacy and relaxation! Massage wasn't terrible, but I need to communicate with my therapist. Not coming back here again.

My husband surprised us with a couples massage two weeks ago first time we tried this place. Place…read morewas clean and people were friendly. They could not take us into the couples room as they booked a walk-in. So the couples massage turned into us both being in separate rooms. that was no big deal but my masseuse stopped about six times to go out and talk to people answer, phones, etc.. whereas my husband had his full 90 minute uninterrupted massage. He loved it and will definitely go back. i'm willing to give it another try, but with a different masseuse. They need to work on the time management a little better though.

The bed was nice and warm and the room was dark and cool which I love. Vatalia made sure to ask questions to make sure I was satisfied throughout. Mind you I tried to get out of my appointment that morning and my appointment was at 5:30. You mean to tell me that you didn't have enough notice to let your massage tech aware???? She then proceeded to charge me AGAIN. Melissa did not want to hear anything I said and she proceeded to huff and give attitude on the phone. I will not be going here and I'm glad I didn't. I will be calling my card company to dispute this charge.

I'm thankful mine wasn't quite as deep as his, but I felt amazing when we left. My husband has ongoing back issues, and massage therapy really helps to temporarily relieve some of the pressure and pain--and this session did exactly that. Great place, wonderful people, and such a positive experience that I'm now looking at them for Christmas gifts.

Kept being interrupted for phone calls and guests walking in. Was then told that they would just do a 30 min because they forgot they were busy. Still charged me 30$ for a half ass 25 min massage that was not enjoyable , relaxing nor did it address any of the pain in which I came in for. Did not offer to make it up for their mistake just charged me and rushed me out for the next guest.. Will not be coming back. Way to ruin my Mother's Day.

I hate leaving bad reviews especially for something as personal as a massage, but here goes…read more I started this massage by telling the therapist that I wanted light touch relaxation and not deep tissue. What I got was the Spanish Inquisition where she seemed to think OW! meant keep doing that harder. I finally had to say OW means stop!!! She also spent a lot of time on the places that hurt, like varicose veins and practically ignored things that felt good like feet. Finally, she kept telling me to relax. That's exactly why I was there but I couldn't because she kept hurting me!! Bottom line, if you like a lot of deep tissue massage this might be OK for you. If you like nice relaxing Swedish massage, not so much.
