First, the therapists are very skilled, knowledgeable and professional. I can't even add up all the times they worked on my aches and pains (e.g. stressed shoulders, joints, plantar f., scars from surgery). Also, I absolutely love the tables they use -- the therapist can work more efficiently and I can get my desired level of firmness because the therapist has more leverage. I've never had trouble with the front desk like others mention -- yes, sometimes stuff happens and rescheduling is necessary but they've worked hard to meet my scheduling needs. My friends and I compare our Nani experiences and results -- we've all been VERY happy with Nani.

I'm glad I won and was able to try them. I was also 37 weeks pregnant when I got my massage with them and it did wonders. The location is clean and the staff is very friendly and informative. When I arrived I was greeted by a smiling associate who greeted me and gave me paperwork to fill out as well as offered me water. I was then introduced to my massage therapist, Destiny, who was amazing! She showed me around and told me a few of the other services they had to offer before leading me to my massage room to change. Once I changed the massage started and lasted for 90 min. Destiny was an excellent massage therapist. Her pressure was great and I felt so relaxed. I told her my problem areas and she worked on them well. She was also super friendly. Her and I talked most of the time. I realize that some people don't like this but I don't mind. I'm a talker myself so I usually ask questions and converse and before I know it I'm having a full blown discussion. Then it's time to go. Of course if you don't like to talk I'm sure she won't. I booked my appointment threw their user friendly online portal. I requested the time, day and massage therapist and they sent back a confirmation. Pretty easy and not time consuming at all. Another cool thing is for first time visitors they give you a deal on your first massage. I received 90 min for $80 on top of a $25 gift certificate I received, so my total before tax was $55. I think 60 min is around $60-$65 for the first time. Please don't quote me but instead look it up online (but it was something close to this). Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience and I would highly recommend Destiny as she was very good!

This place is now called Zen Den Healing Studio. I found them when I was looking for a float…read moretherapy as a part of a birthday gift for someone. Months later I came to visit Cincy and we decided to go in for back-to-back sessions as first-timers to share the experience together. Chantell (the owner) is amazing. She managed and maintained the whole place by herself, I don't think she ever sits down for more than 5 seconds. Understandably when I called, it often reached the voicemail instead, but when she was available she immediately returned my calls and she also left a very very detailed voicemail in trying to accommodate our last-minute request. Keep in mind that it was during the holiday break, with the spa closing several days and amidst fully booked dates. You can also text the number instead of leaving voicemail, just FYI. She returned both my voicemail and my text, how's that for thoroughness. I'd rate her customer service 10 out of 10. She was super friendly, professional and her customer service skill is above and beyond. While we weren't able to go in for back-to-back float therapies, she was able to make arrangement so both of us could come in during the same time slot. I did the infra-red sauna and he did the 60-minutes float therapy. When we arrived, the place was just opened and they just restored everything from power outage earlier that morning. Despite the stressful start of her day, Chantell immediately greeted us warmly with a big smile, her energy pulled you in and really made you feel welcomed. She immediately sat us down with a tablet to fill our form. There's a desk where you can help yourself with some tea and chocolates. She gave us a tour of all the services they are offering: cold plunge, float pod, infra-red sauna, meditation room and massages. Wowee.. a one-stop relaxation haven for sure. The cleanliness of the entire establishment was immaculate and every room was well-organized. Though the earlier power outage did seem to cause disruptions that morning, for example the water wasn't hot enough for tea before our session began, and some of the functions (like music and light switch) were experiencing some technical difficulties when he was in his float pod. He also forgot about his neck support (user error) so it took him longer to relax. All in all, he said it was an interesting experience but would recommend going in for the float therapy pre-relaxed first, maybe after a massage. But FYI, it typically takes 20 minutes for your body and mind to relax, so if you want to float, I recommend doing a 60-minutes session. You can float with tight swimsuit/swimpants, or if you're planning to go in your underwear, don't forget to bring spare! My infra-red sauna was amazing. Chantell gave very clear instructions, and she walked me thoroughly how to start the 30-minutes timer, music and how to set the temperature. The light therapy feature was out of order but it didn't really affect my infra-red sauna all that much. The heat felt fantastic. I was sweating like a really good workout. It simulates a great calories-burning cardio workout very well. I was afraid that it would ruin my lash extension but I'm happy to report that it did not. The same with the above mentioned, it took me about 10-15 minutes to quiet the mind and completely turn my brain off and surrender to relaxation. For infra-red sauna, you'd go in nude but they provide towels if you want to partially cover up or wipe off sweat. In every room there's a rain shower, complete with washcloth and towel, plus the body wash, shampoo and conditioner smell sooo good. While I was done with my session, I waited in the waiting room and she made sure to check on me if I needed anything. All-in-all, despite the hectic morning and some minor technical difficulties, I knew Chantell bent over backwards to provide us the best service and to accommodate our last-minute requests, I was very pleased with how we were treated and with my first-time infra-red sauna experience. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place for sure.
