Unfortunately, that seems to be a distant memory. The memorabilia is covered in dust, the parking lot is always empty, and in the three times I've been here since moving to the area, I've either been the only customer or the only table in the restaurant. The frustrating part is that the food is actually good, which is why I kept giving this place another chance. I originally thought the owner was just a little strict, but with each visit she became more rude and dismissive. This visit was the last straw. I spent around $40 on my meal, and one of the items I ordered was the tempura shrimp basket with assorted vegetables. Instead, I received shrimp and five pieces of potato. I've ordered this exact dish before, and it came with a variety of vegetables. When I politely asked about it, the owner brought the chef out, and instead of fixing the mistake, they both repeatedly insisted that it has always been served with only shrimp and potatoes--as if repeating it enough would somehow change reality. Their own menu clearly says "assorted vegetables." I wasn't asking for anything extra. I was asking for exactly what I ordered and what was advertised on the menu. The most disappointing part? I was literally the only customer in the restaurant. If there's ever a time to go above and beyond for someone, it's when you have one table to take care of. Instead, they chose to argue with me over their own menu, then went back to the front of the restaurant to sit together and watch TV. Good food can bring people in once. Good customer service is what brings them back. Sadly, this restaurant seems to have forgotten that. Judging by the empty parking lot and empty dining room every time I've visited, it shows.

We always get the hot pot so I can't really rate the BBQ experience. I always get the mushroom broth and order the meat and veggies as needed. I also make sure to go to the seasoning station and make the suggested seasoning mixes. I add some seasoning to the broth as well as use it for dipping the cooked meat and veggies for extra flavoring. The meal also includes self serve finger foods (like chicken wings), fruit and ice cream. Only critic would be that the kimchi (specially the cucumber) could be fresher and the chicken wings tend to be a little dry. However, it is to be expected when it's usually sitting out for a while. The service has always been friendly and when ordering the ingredients, they come out in a fairly quick manner. The restaurant is pretty spacious and great for larger groups. But be aware, you will come out smelling like BBQ or your hot pot so I wouldn't wear your best dress or suit.

The server was friendly and quick with bringing our drinks & refilling waters. I got the boba tea for the first time and to be honest, I don't think I would get it again. The peach tea lacked flavor & while mango popping boba is always good, it overall was found wanting. The sauce area is well laid out and I appreciate the recipes that help guide you to create the perfect dipping sauce. Will definitely be back

Big space but we were in the front. Seems like it was an old Mexican Restaurant. We got seated right away. They had to clean off the table. We had to ask them to wipe it down because they did not. I didn't want food to come on a dirty table. Server was nice and answered questions on the menu. We ordered. I got the creamy soup appetizer and the nom nom cold noodles with goza. Both were great and delicious. The soup was hot and had lots of goza and veggies. The noodle bowl also had lots of fresh veggies and crispy. The dressing is a vinegary mix that cuts thru the fresh veggies. It pairs perfectly. The portion is a good size. I was stuffed and could not finish. I really wanted to though. If you are vegan this is a good spot for you. Lots of choices. Prices were pretty good and you got a good amount of food. The only issue was the not clean table we had to ask to get cleaned. And they did that. Oh and the bathroom was kinda messy too. So take that as you wish. But not a bad find.

The inside of the new restaurant is much bigger, but you have to wait quite a while to be served and for your food. There are a lot of windows so the inside is a little chilly in the winter. We have tried to order takeout on occasion and each time something has gone wrong or something was missing. The pad Thai had no sauce or flavor on it whatsoever. They also don't serve as big of portions anymore and took away the large size bowls. I'm not sure what happened between the restaurant moving locations, but I hope it can get back on track. This used to be our favorite place.
