I visited this business after hearing so many great things, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When we placed our order, the owner personally told us the wait would only be about 5 minutes. Instead, we ended up waiting over an hour for just two dishes that cost $108, which already felt extremely overpriced for the experience we received. If the kitchen was backed up, I would have appreciated honest communication upfront rather than unrealistic wait times. To make matters worse, there were gnats flying around and getting on the food while we waited and ate, which was very unsanitary and unacceptable. Our food was also given to the wrong table, and we actually had to tell the other party that the order belonged to us because staff had mixed it up. On top of that, the waitress accidentally added an extra noodle dish to our order and then attempted to charge us for the mistake instead of taking accountability. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of organization, cleanliness, transparency, and customer service made the experience frustrating from start to finish. The food is absolutely divine!!! I got the Surf and Turf and the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and tender, the shrimp was flavorful, and the rice was heavenly. The vegetables were also cooked to perfection, not crunchy nor soft. I asked the staff for sauce recommendations and they suggested the Yum Yum and Diablo. Both are great, but I'm leaning more towards the Diablo sauce, it's delicious with just the right amount of spice. The portions are huge. I was only able to eat half for lunch so the other half will be dinner and I'm looking forward to it. We ordered two combos: filet mignon with salmon, and New York steak with chicken. We also added their fried rice (which we heard is cooked with garlic butter) and a side of garlic noodles. Overall, the portions were generous and definitely filling. The highlight for me was actually the vegetables--they were super buttery, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. Surprisingly, I enjoyed them more than the fried rice, which was just okay in my opinion. Between the filet mignon and New York steak, I would recommend saving your money and going with the New York steak. It was just as tender, a bit more flavorful, and had a better texture overall. The chicken was slightly on the dry side. The sauces were a standout--especially the "yummy yummy" sauce. That alone would make me come back! The garlic noodles were also a hit, especially with my 2-year-old who couldn't get enough of them. Came in today to try one of their combos. I have the New York State and shrimp combo with fried rice. It was good. I enjoyed it. I was greeted by a friendly server at the counter even though restaurant was completely packed probably a bigger day than they were expecting this place is very popular at this time server took my order told me that it would be an hour and a half if that's OK I had to come back. Everything I had was very good. I would definitely come back. I would recommend maybe give them a few weeks to figure things out by adjusting their staff so that they could serve in a more timely manner and everything is made fresh to order so that takes time all in all happy I visited. they have a small eating area maybe 10 tables so you can eat there if you'd like. They did warn us it was going to be a little over an hour wait for our food. The cashier was nice enough to call you on your phone when your order was ready! Placed an order online for pick up after reading some reviews online. The restaurant was empty and has enough seating for a couple of families. My food was ready at the estimated time which was great, and was still hot once I arrived to my hotel. My food was amazing!!! Every single bite had so much flavor! I LOVED the fried rice.
