Hana is one of. My favourite places to eat. The food is about the same price as Panda Express. But Hana is healthier and taste better. I have yet to have a bad meal here yet. The food us always freshly prepared right before your eyes. It tastes great and no skimpy portions either. The restaurant is always clean, yes even the restroom. The chef always has a smile. Yes, ghetto isn't trying to be ghetto anymore and with places like this it's a start. My only concern is that since it's still in the ghetto it might still attract ghetto people. When I'm in the area, Hana Teppanyaki is one of my go-to spots. I usually get their two entrée lunch special since it doesn't break the bank. I personally have tried the steak, shrimp, and salmon. It takes awhile to get your food, maybe 10-15 minutes during the lunch rush; however, you can always call to order in your food. You can also order the food via yelp app. There is a 75 cent charge to upgrade from white rice to fried rice. Personally, I think their fried rice is bland. It is as if they add soy sauce to white rice and add a little bit of egg, no veggies in it at all. To upgrade to noodles, it is only $1! It is way tastier. In my opinion, noodles are my favorite then goes white rice and then fried rice. read more

So this place is really good I will definitely be back. I thought Steve another yelper and elite member would have tried this place by now. Located in the parking lot of wing stop, dominos pizza and 7-11, this place is it! It used to be where moms bbq was if you were familiar with that spot. Now on to the food. First off let me say how fresh it was fresh meat and fresh veggies, I ordered the combo dinner and ask for mushrooms and onions to be combined with my chicken and steak. Tried the salmon lunch combo, it was really good! With teriyaki and sriracha sauce it was really tasty. The grilled salmon came with a side salad, rice, and grilled veggies. The difference between the lunch menu and dinner menu are the portions and, of course, prices. So if you're feeling hungry @ lunhc, get the dinner combo! Went here when it first opened and I noticed they overcharged every black person that ordered. My boyfriend and I are avid fans of hibachi - we LOVE it. Eager to find a place that is good, cheap, and mostly takeout - I discovered this spot on Uber Eats. First time I tried it I was blown away by the portion size and deliciousness of the food. I have had it a few other times since. It is consistently good but sometimes it is better than others. The steak was gross. It was very tough, not tender whatsoever. The chicken was pretty good. The vegetables were salty and had way too much garlic. The salad? Idk why they would even call that a salad. It was literally 3 pieces of lettuce(not to mention, parts of it was brown, SMH!), one soggy tomato, a few shredded carrots and one piece of purple cabbage. For the 15 dollars I paid for this "dinner", I atleast expected larger portions but it wasn't that good anyway so I wouldn't have wanted more than I got anyway! A few co-workers and I decided to order take out from this place. I'm only a few spoonfuls into my meal and it was a few spoonfuls too many. I ordered the hibachi sirloin steak. The plate looks presentable and plenty of sauce is included with the meal. Didn't get a whole lot of napkins but I won't penalize them for them, seems to be the norm these days. The steak is good, a lot better than I expected actually because it's steak, usually cheap beef is what you get unless you're paying $18+ a plate. Then I take a confident spoon full of rice to compliment the taste of steak and I couldn't taste anything other than salt. It's enough salt to cook another 15lbs of rice with. It's such an extreme amount of salt that My mouth still taste salty after drinking half my 33.8 fl oz water bottle. Never again. I'll be saving the steak for later. Eat at your own risk. read more

My boyfriend and I always struggle to find a good place to eat out here and we found this yummy little gem! The guys are very welcoming and helpful, it's small but clean and well maintained. We tried the lunch combo with fried rice, shrimp, and sirloin steak, and it was really good! I thought it was going to be a bit bland but it was everything BUT bland! All the flavors are soaked in the veggies, the fried rice is delicious and not greasy at all, and they have a really good habanero sauce you can buy for .50 cents more. New to the Neighborhood this place shows a lot of promise, I had the steak teppanyaki on brown rice. The steak was medium well, tender, and flavourful, fresh veggies and the rice just right. The store was clean and neat, nice restrooms. The lady who took our order was very nice and knowledgable of the menu.
