I completely forgot that the old Farm Fresh in this area had been converted into a Harris Teeter and was pleasantly surprised to see they also have a Starbucks in store (just like most H.T's, but it's super awesome to have one in the area instead of having to drive to Mercury.) I was welcomed by several employees when walking into the store and taken to where the gift cards were, and then checked out, and that's it - I was on my way. Happy days!

We went to customer service and spoke with the man in charge, but unfortunately, he told us it was the last one in stock. Since we are not familiar with the area and weren't sure where else to go, we decided to take the broken package and use it anyway--it's a dry spice, so we figured it would be fine. To our surprise, the same gentleman came to the cashier and told her not to charge us--it was free. Even though the cost of the spice wasn't significant, his thoughtfulness and kindness truly impressed us. This kind of gesture doesn't happen often in international markets. He made this Thanksgiving feel even more like Thanksgiving.

The pharmacy did all they could do to get me the medication, and went out of their way to be sure it would be there for me. Even calling me to verify it was exactly what I needed. They made me feel comfortable and were so helpful over the phone. When we went to pick up the prescription, they were beyond helpful and made sure I understood everything, even making sure that the 2 manufacturers were ok to combine. I wish this was closer to my home because I would make this my home pharmacy. They saved me from having a major health crisis and did so when a smile on their face. Highly recommend the pharmacy!

The security guards that are employed to work for the food Lion do nothing and actually participate in the foolishness in the parking lot. The seafood counter never has what other Food Lions have as far as fresh seafood or even meat. However like I stated in the beginning if you need something quick for lunch like at the salad bar, a nice hott soup, or a piece of a chicken wing, come here.
