The shower setup was HORRIBLE, with a light sheet for a curtain and a broken shower head. The curtain did not stop the water from running out and filling the bathroom floor with water. I used all four room towels to soak this up and used the personal towel I packed. I had to hold the showerhead the entire time I showered. It was broken and would not stay up. I was left feeling disappointed for the price of the hotel is not worth the hassle.

I asked to changed rooms for a reason. When you chosen not to accommodate, you failed to do your job. I had neighbors drinking, smoking weed and acting like fools. They also threatened violence. Instead of removing them, or simply moving my room, I paid to stay in a crappy place surrounded by scummy people. Gee, thanks. This morning, when I spoke with the manager, she was rude. She interrupted me. She deserved to see the middle finger I showed her, and the property deserves less than one star.

The room next to us we also heard everything vividly they were doing in there.....I think they were slaying dragons in between the news they were watching. The view from my room was to the front canopy. The room had no USB ports to use in charging my phone or any other modern electronics, at this point I have come to expect that all I need is a USB cord. The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim to my liking. The breakfast overall was fine with some nice touches, however they were out of quite a few items: no regular tea, no yogurt, pancake machine not working, and no hot cereal. Holiday Inn Express is one of the more expensive hotels in Bradford, while the hotel is clean and not a bad place to stay, however they need to pay a bit more attention to the small details to justify the cost.
