I stayed two nights here and I enjoyed my stay. There's parking throughout the property, gym and indoor pool are on the first floor. Since it is a Hampton Inn they have daily breakfast until 10am. The room was decent, but the bed was oddly positioned making the room a little weird with the TV to the right of the bed opposed to it being in front of the bed. Either way, the bed was comfortable. I enjoy staying at Hilton properties (Hilton, Home2 suites, Hampton Inn) as I am member of their loyalty program. This hotel was very easily accessible from the main Highway. I enjoy the ease of use and simplicity of being able to remotely check in through the app, however, as of Nov 2022, this hotel does not offer digital keys on your phone. You must still visit the front desk to get key cards. I asked about that and they said they were not able to upgrade since that is when covid hit. Hopefully soon? It is located near EV charging which is great! The room was clean, furnished just right and quiet even while overlooking the parking lot. Microwave included was good. My only concern was the barn door to the restroom did not fully close! It would close but then creep open! Included breakfast was good, offering a good selection of waffles, cereals, eggs, meats, fruit, and yogurt. Several fruit juices were also available. All in all, this location was on par with other Hilton properties. The constancy was there as expected and appreciated. read more

Currently on a road trip from Northern California and booked to stay here last night. We arrived around 10:30pm, and really wanted to get in the hot tub lol hiking and driving for a week is catching up to both of us. The pool closed at 10, but the amazing front desk staff offered to let the two of us in!! Let me tell you, that was so amazing of them. I wish we had gotten the name of the lady checking us in and the male who let us in after we got settled and changed into bathing suits. They were fantastic! We were down there for about an hour, showered and passed right out. Very comfortable bed! The room was clean and had all of the amenities needed for a good nights rest! read more

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is walking distance to so many restaurants in town! My wife and I arrived to the hotel late in the evening for check-in and I had been craving cranberries after a 10 hour drive and Cody was so incredibly kind and handed me a few bags. I will be sharing this amazing service with all the friends The rooms and hotel is very very clean. The beds are also very comfortable! I am so glad I chose this location to stay! The parking is super secure and included with your night. There is a ton of light around the outside of the hotel which is super nice. The pool and jacuzzi are heated perfect and very clean. The hotel itself wasn't the best, but certainly not the worst we stayed in on this trip. Maddie at the front desk was very helpful and an asset to the hotel. The biggest issue/complaint we had was other guests. We had people on either side of us that kept banging around all night and I'm not exaggerating when I say they walked around like a heard of elephants. Then there was the Asian couple in the room across the hall a few doors down. They felt it was okay to just shout their conversations most of the night. We bring white noise generators and earplugs with us and these didn't help in the least. All we could do is pray that our next Hilton destination wasn't like this and that I could stay awake on the road to get there... read more

We always stay at Hilton hotels when we can, so this was our choice in Kanab. As far as Hampton Inns go, this is on the lower end. It's not a bad place to stay, it just feels like it needs some renovations. The rooms were fine, but they aren't as nice as other Hampton Inns. If I'm remembering correctly, they don't have digital keys setup. I'd stay here again if I were in Kanab because it's the only Hilton brand hotel, but if another one popped up, I'd go there instead. read more

The city of Kanab is super cool and adorable, perfectly situated an hour or so from Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Horseshoe Bend. We stayed at this hotel in early October, perfect weather! We were in town because my wife was participating in a series of runs on trails in different National Parks close to Kanab, so it was a perfect "base camp." It did not disappoint!! From the moment we walked in, Cody, the host on duty was very gracious, accommodating, and informative on what to do and where around the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of downtown Kanab and walking distance to shops, restaurants and a museum! The hotel also has a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing post-run for my wife and something fun for the kid to do to wind down. I highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully be back soon! This town is awesome! read more

Great Hampton Inn location and a nice value in this sleepy little town. Rooms were extremely clean (maintained well even without the 'Rona scare of 2020). Amenities were nice and the folks manning the front counter were very pleasant. Rooms are quiet and even though you are on Main Street, there was very little noise to be heard. Good, comfortable beds, sizable televisions, and the regular "Hampton Package" of a small fridge, a microwave, and a coffee pot. Wi-Fi was good and there was no issues with the room whatsoever. Great jumping off point for the National Parks in the area of if Kanab is your destination. The only slight downfall is parking. The lot just isn't that big and I think there are more rooms than parking spaces. Arriving after 10pm meant I had to park across the street but hey, it is a small town and the street just isn't too big to cross. read more

Poor experience. Sound proofing between floors very inadequate. It was hard to sleep with noise from floor above. Trucks with trailers hauling atvs are allowed to park in already small parking lot, taking up 6-8 parking spots. Most unegg-like breakfast eggs I've tasted in many years of hotel breakfasts. Of less importance, but still worth noting, the elevator is as slow as molasses. read more

I have never been spoken to the way that the front desk person Kristen was speaking to me! Extremely aggressive very unprofessional! I would highly recommend any other cheap hotel , unless you like to be spoken down to. They charged extra fees without authorization and when I tried to speak to her about it she yelled at me in front of other guests! If I ran a business I would not want that to be the representation for my establishment. Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was easy. The manager Anna was at the desk. She was very kind and professional. Rooms were very clean. I'm a judge by the restroom type of girl and these restrooms were very well put together, spacious, clean, and white. Pool is indoor and decent size with hot in the same room. Gym is next door to the pool. Their continental breakfast varies in the morning but theres always coffee and cereal. Emily was at the front desk on our check out day and she was also very nice in helping us with a later check out time and offering suggestions on food places. Overall, very impressed with cleanliness and customer service. Will be back! read more

I got bed bugs while staying at this hotel recently. But even worse, when I called the hotel to let them know that I had bites all over my body and that they should inform the next guests in the room about the problem, they refused. They said that they would not check the room for bed bugs unless I sent them "proof," in the form of photos of my body. So good luck to anyone who stays in this hotel. They clearly do not prioritize the health and well being of their guests - or the cleanliness of their rooms for that matter. read more

I've stayed at this hotel three times within the last year and I think this is probably one of the best and nicest hotels in Kanab. Hotel is relatively new and everything is clean and updated. Hotel has a pretty big pool and hot tub that are both indoors along with a gym and breakfast eating area. With the pandemic, they serve breakfast and coffee from 7-9 and grab and go foods from 9-10. Breakfast included a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, bagel, coffee, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and fruit. The hotel is in close proximity and in walking distance to many restaurants and local shops. If you're trying for the wave lottery, it's a 3 minute walk to the Kanab Gymnasium. Within an hour, you can get to Vermilion Cliff, Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink, Moqui Caverns, Grand Canyon North Rim, and more! Highly recommend staying here! If you book early enough, you can get great deals here including with redeeming Hilton Honors points. read more

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. We moved here after a one night stay/3 night booking at probably the worst hotel in town. MONICA was amazing. She helped us get a room at a good rate...since we had already paid for the room that we left...and got us settled in early. She was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, bright, welcoming and fresh smelling. The room was great, we had no complaints (I am a germ-fobe, so that is saying a lot). The pool was fun and the hot breakfast was good. The worker attending to the breakfast was also amazing and very friendly and even assisted us in getting food to our table. It was a great experience, and a very welcomed one especially considering our first night at the other hotel was horrible. I would highly reccomend staying at this location. This Hampton Inn has done a great job with regards to cleaning standards during Covid. I love that they seal your room. I still end up cleaning the most common surfaces myself for extra precaution, but they start the process. While masks are clearly required by the hotel, they don't do a good job enforcing the mask mandate. I saw numerous guests without them. I waited 10 minutes for an elevator because I didn't want to be inside one without someone with a mask. In non-Covid review, there is no sound proofing. So, bring your headphones to block out your rude neighbors at 11pm. read more

Both check-in and check-out were easy and efficient at this hotel. Staff members were friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nice & quiet. The hotel's wifi was pretty good too. On the minus side, the breakfast takeout options were much lamer than practically all of the other places we stayed during this vacation. On a much bigger minus side, the hotel has zero enforcement of its "masks must be worn to prevent the spread of COVID" policy. ZERO. This was evident EVERYWHERE we happened to be inside of the property. In 2020, with a pandemic raging on, this lack of safety-related enforcement on the part of the hotel staff is inexcusable. read more

When checking in, I requested a higher floor room because we're very sensitive to noise but the staff refused to give us a higher floor room because we have kids. The walls are paper thin. My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay at this Hampton. Room 313 was spotless, well supplied, and the beds comfortable. Can't say for the pillows since I travel with my own at all times. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was typical Hampton fare and self serve, not pre-packaged. I did miss the strong medium brew coffee I've had at other Hampton Inns. I like a breakfast blend, but this coffee was weak for my taste and failed to give me the caffeine buzz I am used to . So I doctored it up with a little Starbucks instant! Also, the Inn was easy to find and a good location for anyone who wishes to tour the southern part of Utah or the Grand Canyon North Rim. I would stay here again, despite the coffee issue. read more

Front desk agent is extremely rude. we made a reservation under my husband's nickname Bud. since the reservation did not match his name Alexander on his I.D, the front desk agent is going to charge us for the room ( because cancelation was not made within 24 hours). she would charge us for the nights stay under his full name and still charge us for the reservation under his nickname. She was extremely rude and said that was the hotel policy and we were asking for her to lie. she would not contact the manager and said she was in charge that night. When we checked in the desk clerk gave instructions that included breakfast. She said there would be a hot breakfast until 9 or 10. We showed up at 8 and found that the breakfast primarily consisted of cold cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and a warm egg biscuit. There was coffee, orange juice and apple juice as well. Bottom line, don't decide to stay here based on the breakfast. They were addressing the COVID issue well. Everything was clean. Which is my primary reason for staying here versus somewhere else. The recliner in my room did have a hole in the upholstery. Not a big deal, but they should have had if fixed. Details like this cheapen the appearance of any hotel. I can overlook this due to the cleanliness of the facility which is of greater importance to me; especially during this pandemic. read more

I totally recommend to people who will visit Zion & Brice canyon. Kanab is good location to stay and this place is awesome. I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Room was clean and look same as pictures. Breakfast changes every 3 days and waffle was so yummy. In addition the laundry room is on the 3rd floor, there is only 1 dryer and 1 washer, so you better use laundry room before 8/9 pm. They open till at midnight. We are Diamond Hilton members and 100% of the time use Hilton wherever we go. We are also HGVC max owners with Hilton. We were just coming back in the New Year from Scottsdale, and we ran into severe weather on our way. Besides the severe weather, there were 3 car accidents that stopped traffic for hours between Scottsdale and Flagstaff. We called Hilton to let them know that the weather was bad and driving was treacherous. Roads from Flagstaff to Kanab are a one lane often windy highway, and once the snow stopped it was raining and we were faced with glare and bright lights. We were so exhausted and stopped in Paige. We tried to talk with Hilton about this and have had compassionate locations at least once before provide us a full refund for a room we could not keep a reservation on. This one has no sympathy whatsoever. The manager didn't even call me back to tell me the outcome of her research. Apparently, the only way to get a refund is for the roads to be closed PLUS the room you booked has to sell. So stupid...this big hotel worrying about keeping 86.00....I'm sure that 86.00 you saved is going to help you a lot. There's a story a booked called "The Last Lecture" about how you treat people in situations like this. The man tells of how Disney did not charge him for an item he broke in a store. That little gesture went a very long way for Disney with this man. Hilton Kanab, you are a pathetic hotel for saving 86.00 now but giving up your reputation with me for it. There were roads closed all over Az that day. Flagstaff got lots of snow...several inches. The winds were over 19 miles per hour, visibility awful, we couldn't even see the road. It impacted travel until the next day. And there was a horrible head on collision between Kanab and Paige that we read about a year or two ago late in the night that killed an entire family. We made the decision to choose safety for our family and avoid those one lane roads in the rain once we got out of the snow. I guess this Hilton Kanab cares more about their 86.00 than their guest's safety. read more
