Great great! What I stayed here for 3 days. I initially thought it would be far, but it really isn't. The FCA airport is around 20 mins away. I was only able to enjoy the breakfast 1 day since other 2 days I headed out early. But I like that there was already fresh brewed coffee available at 3am! Very considerate of people that need to head out early! I also like that there was onsite laundry service! Environment This was located off a major road. And there is plenty of parking available. The lobby area is very spacious, but the breakfast area and other seating Niceness of the staff VERY VERY nice staff. I was able to check in seamlessly and didn't have any problems. Dollar The cost varies by dates, but I thought it was reasonable! The laundry service was okay... it was 3$ for a wash, a dry, the detergent, the softener... so 12$ for a complete wash. Yes/No? Yes, I would consider staying here again. read more

Blatant disrespect by front desk staff was completely unacceptable. I am a Diamond Club member, but my traveling partner is a Silver Club member. At the front desk, there were two women working who showed a huge amount of disrespect to both of us, and not only am I leaving this review but also a letter to corporate will follow. Room had a view of a compressor and other machinery above the swimming pool area. The compressor came on several times during the night interrupting our sleep. Guests should be advised of this situation and these rooms should be provided with notice and a discount only. read more

This place held up to the Hilton standard. It has all the amenities of a Hampton Inn. However, it had a couple enhancements. 24-hr pool, whirlpool and laundry. Plus, the pool/whirlpool are salt water instead of chlorine which is awesome. Very handy. Workout facilities were very spacious as well. Check in was very smooth and both clerks proudly displayed "in training." The hotel is very close to many dining options within walking distance. It also very easy to find located right off main highway. Very clean and welcoming. Rooms had everything you need for a long stay. Only drawback, cost...holy Hanna!!! UPDATE: I will say that the management at this property is very responsive to the price vs value complaint. Apparently it is Hilton Corp. that sets these ridiculous rates. Too bad...I do understand supply and demand. Summer rooms are high in demand. read more

I have stayed at enough hotels to appreciate the little things. Therefore, the lady that works the breakfast area in the morning deserves to be recognized and complimented for her qualities. She is polite, uplifting, and has a calming demeanor, all while doing her job. Every so often you encounter people that are simply "kind", and your day is better day because of it. She is one them. Definitely one of the nicer places to stay in Kalispell. There's an indoor pool, laundry room, and a decent breakfast area. They did their best during Covid but breakfast at hotels is just lame in the age of coronavirus. There's literally a McDonald's and Arby's right out the front door as well as multiple other restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. read more

Despite my reservation having been made over 2 weeks ago, despite my request embedded in the notes field requesting a ground floor room, despite my Diamond for life Hilton status, I was given a room in the 3rd floor. This is indicative of a property that is disconnected from it's customers. When I checked in, despite the very nice front desk agent, the property management yelled from the top of the mountain, we don't care what your request is, we don't care what your status is. It is quite frankly a culture going bad where the tail wags you dog. Good thing is, Hilton is not the only chain. Hospitality starts with paying close attention to the little things. Stayed here for a single night visit, for a business trip. I have no complaints about this hotel, except maybe that the fitness center was a little lacking and they don't have real creamer in the hotel rooms. The hotel itself was very nice, the staff were great - I was able to do online check-in on my phone, so I could skip the front desk. The complimentary breakfast buffet was more than enough, and the free cookies in the lobby during the evenings were delicious! I would definitely stay here again! read more

I stay here every month for business. I like the location convenience, and the kindness of the staff. Staff always greets with a smile, and when I depart early, they make sure I take along a breakfast care package. Breakfast is standard to all Hampton Inn options. Lobby is beautifully decorated and very clean, dining area is very clean and well maintained. Coffee is always hot. Rooms are clean, quiet, and heating/air work well. It's a good hotel, but oddly out of proportion - but maybe that's because I usually stay in large cities and they have enough room here to make things outside (what is this, Texas?) The hallway to the rooms is wider than usual, and the sink is separate from the tub/toilet - that room is also overly big too. Having elbow room is great - but the layout is awkward. We had a great stay! The check-in was efficient, the desk members helpful, the room clean, the bed comfortable, the airport shuttle timely, in short, everything was great! What was above the call of duty, or rather who went above the call was the airport shuttle driver who picked us up in the middle of a blizzard, and then cleared more than 2ft of snow off and around our parked car back at the hotel. Hampton Inn will be our go-to for airport shuttle parking whenever we fly out of FCA! Highly recommended. read more

It was average nothing special. The rooms were clean and typical Hampton. The breakfast was above average nothing that tasted excellent. It did fill up my belly so served it's purpose. Pool was OK and exercise room was good. They had a free shuttle to airport and think 5 miles of hotel. In the 0 degree snowy icy weather it was great to leave the driving to someone else. The Direct TV offered was great and so was the premium WIFI In the future I would give this location a second look if the Homewood Suites was not available. read more

I'll start out by professing my bias. I love Hampton Inns. Like a lot. When I travel I will only NOT stay in a Hampton Inn if one is not there or they don't have any vacancies. That said, THIS Hampton Inn is frickin' awesome! All the usual super Hampton amenities (free breakfast, cookies in the lobby, super nice staff, etc.) plus a 24 hour exercise room AND pool! And if you are here for the long haul, they even have a place to do your laundry! If you are ever staying in Kalispell, I highly recommend this hotel. read more

We stayed here two different times this week and in different rooms. The rooms are clean and the front desk was very helpful. But both rooms smelled bad. The first one was human BO and the second room smelled like an old mans colone. At the price we paid in Kalispell, which was equivalent to a nice hotel room in NYC, I expected better quality room amenities. Because of that we, found a better option on airbnb which was lake front for half the price, cancelled our stay and moved on. read more

Unfortunately the room smelled stale like maybe a previous occupant was smoking in the room or something. They need to steam the carpets. Also not happy with the towels...paper thin with almost zero fuzz left on them. We asked for extra bath towels twice but they never left them. They did change sheets daily as per request. Average place for the area. Was a busy weekend so we couldn't find a better place with a vacancy. Will look elsewhere again next time. read more

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! Rooms were exceptionally clean, staff was extremely nice and the overall stay was wonderful! They have a free 24 hr. coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar which was awesome! The morning breakfast (included in your stay) was really great with lots of choices for food. I want to give a big shout out to the housekeeping staff for their honesty. We left our ipad in our room when we left and got a call from Kim about an hour later saying that we forgot it. She was gonna box it up and mail it to us. All the folks at the front desk were great. Looking forward to our next trip to Kalispell. We will definitely be staying here! I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for work. Most hotels don't make you feel at home or go the extra mile. The hotel is clean and has a small gym, pool, and hot tube. All the staff became friends with me and my other coworkers while we were there for 6 weeks or more. I do have to give a special thank you to Tamara she would greet me every morning she worked and gave good ideas on places to eat or go to. She really wanted to know how my stay could be better and she would make it happen. It was hard to leave when everyone made you feel like a friend. read more

It's a little sub par for hampton inns. Just a little dated. Same beds as usual but rooms/ hotel are older. Not bad overall.

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Glacier National Park. This place was very nice with spacious rooms and nice comfortable beds. They were very accommodating on our choice of location of the room at midnight when we checked in. My only complaint was with the room service, I put the do not disturb sign out because it was so late when we arrived and wanted to sleep in. So when getting ready the next morning I heard the maid outside the door in the hall, so I opened the door and took off the sign and told her we would be leaving in about 45 minutes and please clean the room. She nicely said that she would be on a different floor and probably not be able to get back to clean it, but would try to catch it when she was done. But needless to say she never returned, I mean really, we left our room before noon, so I guess if your not out before 11:00 am then you don't get room service. I expected to come back to have the beds made for $169.00 a night. Management needs to keep up on which rooms they have serviced. read more

We rented their largest meeting room here for a big surprise party. It was fantastic. Zach and Chris were awesome and incredibly helpful. They let you bring in your own food so that you don't have to pay $$$$ for in-house catering (like every other hotel in town). read more

The supervisor was there when we checked in, and was meticulous in checking details, recommending restaurants, and being overall incredibly helpful with our check in. What a pleasant stay! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. So many options, not your typical "continental breakfast". They offered oatmeal, cereal, waffles, breads, different juice options. As if that wasn't enough, they had eggs, sausage/bacon & French toast. The staff was very accommodating, they even had a shuttle for us for the airport. The best part was the business room. I had unexpected paperwork to print out & the free business room saved me. They watered my car!!!! The room was nice, facility newish and nice, pool was great and staff friendly. Business center is unattended and most features with online connectivity don't work. Can not scan, email, or print from a wireless device. They could save the room for something more useful But they watered my car and it left some kind of residue spots on the windshield that took multiple carwashes to remove. read more

This Hampton Inn was very nice - I think probably acquired by Hilton at some point and made into a Hampton Inn (in fact, one of the staff did share that with us - now I remember.) The decor in our suite was very nice - very Montana (pine cones, moose, etc.) The lobby area is large and most welcoming. The staff was very helpful and so nice - really exceptional. There was no bathmat for in the shower/tub and it was VERY slippery. We called down and one was brought up to us. It is pricey - due to its proximity to Glacier National Park. There is a little gift shop on site -and all of the days we were there they had different things on a table with reduced prices. I was able to pick up a couple gifts. This Hampton Inn is like the others - its clean, decent beds, free breakfast, but the people at the front desk are not very friendly. Cold is the right word. I left too early to eat breakfast, but it was the same yogurt, coffee, juice etc..it's nice. I guess the rooms are nice/fine - it's just service that bugged me. I saw the man at the front desk check in a Hilton rewards member (not that that should matter) check him in without even looking up - not greeting the guest, not even smiling when the man approached and made a little joke - I felt like I needed to give the man an obligatory chuckle...wow, how is it possible that the room could be fine, the hotel could be fine and i'm still not satisfied - say it - service IS IMPORTANT - can't buy a friendly face here! read more

Lots to see and do in and around Kalispell and the Hampton Inn is convenient to all of them. Typical of Hampton Inn's the lobby is small but nicely appointed and the breakfast area is spacious enough. Upon entry the staff greets you promptly and they're friendly and professional. The room is spacious with a nice work area, and easy chair, and a comfortable bed. The bath is well stocked with toiletries and towels. I didn't use the exercise room but a quick glance showed that it was typically equipped for a Hampton. All in all it's a nice place to stay in Kalispell. read more
