I'm not sure if I would have liked this hotel as much if I didn't have a discount, but here are the positives: 1) Steps from the Red line 2) Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with nice views 3) Plenty of bathroom linen! So rare nowadays 4) Good breakfast included 5) NO Fox "News" in the lobby 6) Recycling receptacles 7) Short walk to good Ethiopian, Cambodian, Thai restaurants 8) 20 minute walk to Independent Spirits, look them up for wine tasting nights. Then it's a 30 minute walk back. The negatives, as always, are relative. 1) Short staffed (took a while to get checked in), though the staff they do have are competent, helpful, and polite. 2) The nearby Sri Lankan restaurant is NOT Sri Lankan (not the hotels fault but I thought I would warn you before you got your hopes up) 3) Valet parking is outrageous. This is a great example of a clean and nice-but-not-extravagant hotel that has a good location and plenty of walkable "stuff" around it. Many other reviewers have covered the pros and cons in exhaustive detail, so I'll just add my personal experience as a Texan who doesn't do a lot of walking from hotels (many of ours are in suburbia or resort style where you'd have to walk 15 minutes to even get off property). I was in Chicago for a get together of coffee geeks, and this came up as a property only a mile and half from the host's condo. It was clean and nice all around, from the common spaces to the room, and I had no complaints. The wifi was fairly well behaved for me for what I was doing (mostly surfing and light videos). The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. It was well lit. The staff that I interacted with were pleasant and warm. My checkin and checkout processes were easy (the latter particularly so, did it all on the app). Some complained about noise; I barely noticed it. I felt safe walking at night. It was easy for my rideshare drivers to get in and out of. Bottom line, it was well priced, well placed, and well appointed, a nicely maintained property. read more

This hotel is a perfect location if you need to be at Loyola Chicago - visiting campus, graduations, sporting events, it is quite literally across the street. The hotel is small but the rooms were comfortable and clean. There is a gym on the top floor which, again, was small but has a few pieces of cardio equipment and some free weights. There was complementary breakfast with hot and cold options, as well as coffee and tea available throughout the day in the lobby. There are multiple casual restaurants, Dunkin Donuts, and a CVS all in close walking distance. You can also walk two blocks east on West Albion Ave and there is a small public beach/lakeshore access. The one big negative is that it is right next to the Red Line train and it is LOUD. If you are not used to the noise of the train, it is a pretty distracting noise, especially as night. read more

Review 480. I like this hotel. I consider the location both pro and con depending what you are looking for. It's a great option for the surrounding area and a decent price point. The hotel is clean with great staff. Not sure how long it has been around but It doesn't look that old. Valet parks your car at a nearby (two blocks) parking garage. Cost is $40 for valet and maybe cheaper just to park yourself and walk. I went with valet for convenience. Summary: Cons - valet only, no real parking options. Hilton Honors App was wonky with app room selection labeling 1 beds as 2 beds (just had to click into the room to see more info). Location was also a con next to the university and a kind of questionable area if you went that direction past the University. Only one elevator worked during the two days I was there. No pool. Pros - good breakfast. Super friendly staff. Roof Terrace. Full size ironing board. Nice fitness center. Location. The hotel was good choice. It was fun to stay here and a bunch of dining options throughout a 4 block radius with a handful just across the street. Decent stay and would consider staying here again. read more

What would have otherwise been a great day in Chicago... Called to confirm booking the day of for a single room. I talked to Reena at the front desk tell me I had two rooms with two beds each. I clarified there must have been a mistake on the website, as the dates hed been wrong on the initial booking and a duplicate room showed in the reservation when I had updated the stay a week prior. I asked concisely "Okay, but how much would my stay be IN TOTAL" and she quoted me the same price on my reservation, so I figured I was just out for the same amount of money I had initially commited anyway, which I could accept and figured I'd just sort out when I got to the hotel. Then after much back and forth about the additional room AND PAYING FOR ONE OF THEM, she has the nerve to say "oh and what about the other room?" So now she's holding the $288 (bonkers prices btw for what you get, seek elsewhere) over my head, and then says, "Oh well I /could/ just charge a cancelation fee of $75". All the while not even adressing a possibility of issue on their end. Not only that, but they just throw your car wherever and charge an arm and a leg to do it... not even in a safe garage, just where rando can come off the street to see what you have. The room was clean, but small for the price, you're better off with another hotel along the strip. I know there will probably be an owner response about their policy... but man have a LITTLE humanity, you're out there gouging people for a place that doesn't even stand up to the Taco Bell down the street (trust me it's ROUGH). I paid $350 US dollars to stay one night at this hotel. I was shocked to see hairs of varying lengths in the tub while I was showering. I expressed my concern to the front desk clerk during check out. His response was, "well we do our best but sometimes things happen." I have traveled all over the world and stayed in a plethora types of sleeping accommodations. Not once have I ever found hairs in the bathtub. That said, my advice to is to check the room thoroughly before unpacking and settling in. I have no intentions of ever returning to this Hampton Inn. read more

We had a nice little stay at this Hampton Inn location. Check-in was easy, and the guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Aside from check-in and checkout, we didn't have to interact with any other members of the staff, which I always take as a good sign. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Their double queen room was plenty of space for three people without feeling too crammed, as some hotels definitely are. There's a decent-sized gym located on the sixth floor, which was also well-maintained. The location of this hotel is great too ... right down the street from Loyola University ... like it's designed with prospective students and their families in mind. There's several cute coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance ... the front desk has a decent list of attractions if you ask. They also serve breakfast from 6 - 10 a.m., and offer to-go boxes if necessary. Heads-up that there's no self-park option here ... and Valet parking is $37/night. That's certainly pricy ... but at least you get in/out privileges without having to pay each time you need your car. read more

What a great neighborhood hotel located in the Rogers Park area. The hotel is very convenient to the Red Line train, the Loyola University and to many neighborhood restaurants and stores. The hotel is a basic Hampton Inn with a great seating area and a breakfast area. The agent was very cordial. He had filled me in regarding the breakfast and the amenities of the hotel. The room that I had selected was spacious with a great view of the "el". The furnishing including the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's amenity included a fitness center and a great roof top area. The roof top offers several areas sit and relax with great view of the area. The hotel offered a limited breakfast which I was able to enjoy in the breakfast area. I stopped by the front desk as I had departed. The agent was also very friendly. I didn't know this location existed but we did a staff retreat around the area and this hotel was affordable for our staff. The aesthetics inside and the hotel is really clean and nice to look at, the staff has been very helpful and polite. The food was pretty good! Complimentary breakfast is from 6 am - 10 am! Also, complimentary wifi for work was great. The lobby is very spacious for work and there's even a mini hotel bar with a tap. Also, if you need some basic necessities like a comb and toothpaste, it's complimentary in the lobby too. I'd recommend it and would come back! read more

Both my mother and I, and my dog Jack-Jack, really enjoyed this location the first week of October 2022 throughout our 3-night stay. Maurice at the front desk was very helpful as well as Juan the valet: Both of them helped us with some complexities as we checked into the hotel, and they showed us grace and patience as we figured out the best strategies to unload and make it to our rooms. You must use valet parking as competing with street parking is very challenging. The entire diverse staff provided warm and friendly interactions and quickly answered any questions we had. Many of the front desk employees greeted us each time we returned to the hotel, even after just walking the dog. The rooms were very cozy, clean, and the included breakfast was a cut above what other hotels offer as a breakfast meal. The lobby and lounging areas were modern and pleasant. I enjoyed using the fitness room and the rooftop views of the city. Lake Michigan is an easy walk from the hotel, especially if you are traveling with your dog and I felt as safe as one should feel while walking the dog outside at night. MANY restaurants and fast-food eateries are within a ten-minute walk. When I make a return visit to see family in Chicago, I will likely stay at this location again. I stayed at this Hampton Inn (Hilton family of hotels) in Rogers Park. Its on Albion @ Sheridan near Loyola Univ in Chicago. The hotel is fairly new so the rooms are okay. In addition, the complimentary breakfast and gym on site are nice amenities. However, there are some downsides. For example, the restrooms by the gym don't have seat covers. Well, that is downright nasty! Additionally, there is this lame saying on the inside of the bathroom door that you have to stare at while taking a deuce. Lastly, you can't check out online. Nick was really the reason why this place is 4 Stars vs 3 Stars. He was super friendly & attentive during breakfast. It didn't matter that he's prolly a managerial type w/ a shirt and tie. He was cleaning, and greeting like it was no one's business. He was a real welcome vs some of the other staff who were indifferent. I'm on the fence whether I would stay here again. This is a newish hotel and thus it's pretty nice. The front desk is definitely hit and miss. As are the prices. I came over a marathon weekend and I guess that meant they totally jacked up the prices. I booked a room for over $400. When I arrived and checked again, the same room was going for $200. They honored the lower rate which was helpful. Make sure to check the rates on the day you arrive! They didn't have a wine opener. I find it rather ridiculous that a hotel of this caliber does not have wine openers. This made for a pretty bad experience when I had a nice bottle I was hoping to open and had to walk to other businesses to find one. Note to management, buy a dozen wine opener's for $20 bucks and greatly enhance the experience of your patrons. Wine openers are basic at hotels. The room was very clean and quiet. This was a mid hotel to stay at. Pros are that it was clean and in a really great location close to Loyola University. Lots of stores and dinning options near by. Some cons include the parking, it's terrible! They charge 44 for valet or you can find parking on the street or at a parking ramp 2 blocks away. I feel the hotel should just allow parking for a small fee; it's far enough from downtown Chicago to allow self parking. They would have a one up on competitors. Next, the curtains would not close in my room which happened to be facing the sun so I was forced to wake up bright and early. Upon checking in as a Gold member i get a choice of snacks but nothing was stocked so there wasn't much to choose from. I also had a terrible headache and they had no pills to offer complimentary or to purchase. All in all if they fix the main issue which is the parking and the smaller details this would easily be a 5/5. read more

I've stayed at this HI before and it was a little better that time. It's still a nice hotel though. I wanted a room with a tub and called ahead to confirm and they said ALL rooms have tubs. When I got to my room it only had a shower but they quickly switched me to a smaller, less expensive room with a tub. The only major issue I had was the internet kept dropping the whole time I was there. It was really unacceptable. Every time I would be not using the computer for a few minutes it would drop and I would have to relog in and many times it was slow to get online. The room itself had some problems -- see photos (bedskirt was frayed with hole, shower light not working, lamps bent/crooked. The staff were friendly and helpful including valet. The Hilton Honors WiFi did not work during out stay. the last time i had this problem was in a Hampton In using a the same Wifi. we ending up calling for assistance and spoke to an AT&T representative who really had no answer beyond the 'turn it off and turn it back on again' option. My family and I arrived on Friday morning of Labor Day weekend before check-in time and left our bags in the storage area. We told the front desk we would return that afternoon and they said any time after 3 would be fine. Around 3pm I logged into the app and checked-in online. Then we returned to the hotel around 4:30pm. At that time we were notified that our room hadn't yet been cleaned. We waited for 30 minutes while the front desk worker tried to get a woman to help her communicate with housekeeping to give us a timeline. The woman who she was trying to get to help her was very distracted on her cell phone and kept walking in and out of the front door of the hotel. Around 5pm we were finally able to go to the room. We noticed that the housekeeping was not up to the usual standards but figured it was a rush job to get us into the room so we didn't complain at that time. But we did note a shoebox/garbage in the closet and some sort of dried/moldy fruit in the back of the refrigerator. Around 11pm we got back to the room after dinner and opened the couch up into the second bed. The sheets were not tucked in and seemed to just be thrown into the fold-out so I am honestly not sure if they were actually changed from the previous visit. The blanket in the closet for that bed had terrible brown stains all over it. The pillow for that bed was missing a pillowcase. I called down to the front desk and asked if I could get a new blanket. A woman told me to come down and get it. I must have called right at shift change because when I got down there it was a man at the desk and he told me they didn't have any blankets. I became upset at that time and asked him to go look. He did so and upon returning stated that I was very lucky because he was able to find the only one left in the whole hotel. The next morning we ran out of toilet paper before breakfast. Considering we had been in the room less than 14 hours at that point it was clear housekeeping had left us with only half a roll. I found the housekeeper in the hallway and she told me she was out and I would have to go to the front desk to get some. There it was a 15-20 minute wait while they were checking out people before they could go and get me any. At that point I was very frustrated and asked to speak to a manager about the bad housekeeping job and lack of basic supplies. That's when I learned that despite the hotel being filled to maximum capacity and despite obvious problems with supplies and staffing, no manager would be available for the entire holiday weekend. This is completely unacceptable. It is a LABOR DAY weekend, not a MANAGEMENT weekend. Management should have been there running the place to give the workers a break, not abandoning it! There were several other small annoyances throughout the stay (multiple times where the coffee ran out, ending breakfast before 10am because they ran out of food, trouble with the lobby restroom, a completely outdated COVID sign that has obviously been up for over a year that listed 14 states that people can't travel from). But I didn't bother the staff with these little problems because it was clear they were just as annoyed at the lack of leadership as I was. There is no reason a hotel that charges as much as this one should be without a manager for three days straight. There's no reason that a guest who paid a premium to stay at a premium location shouldn't be able to have his concerns addressed DURING his stay. To address these problems, I have twice emailed the manager Francis Jimenez and have been completely ignored. read more

We discovered this wonderful place when our oldest granddaughter matriculated at Loyola university in Chicago. Rogers park is a wonderfully diverse and safe neighborhood in the city. 67 languages are spoken within a few mile radius. It's very quiet amd friendly. Lake Michigan is across the street. The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful. The housekeeping staff is run by a pro, and is impeccably clean. Valet parking is swift and dependable, with public garages also nearby. Beds, linens, pillows are exceptional. Water pressure impressive! Public places warm and bright. Large, well appointed patio on the roof has a great view. Two short blocks to the redline train. 20 min train ride to the loop, 15 to wrigley. No parking hassles and expense! We love this place. Thier motto is" making you happy makes us happy." Sabina, the sales manager won't listen to you, never send a proposal, and then lie about it after not answering messages for two weeks. Then, when I finally got an email response, she got all the info wrong (meaning she never sent the original proposal). I also called to leave messages for her to call me back, but never received that call. I tried to get in touch with a manager at the hotel, but they were never in the building and never called back despite leaving contact info. If you are trying to do anything here, good luck. The failed to install door properly. 35.00 per day to Valet my car I went out for dinner. I noticed my car was not in the lot. I saw my car parked down the Street! I was pissed. What did they do, go for a joy ride! They assured me that they move cars on the street all the time. I told them park my car and don't move it until I need it. No reason to move my car that was parked for 48hrs plus I should have taken a pic of millage. I get angry thinking about it! They didn't service my room on Thursday or Friday! I asked for the manager they told me Andrew. He never came in or contacted me. I called the travel dept at my co. they said they will take care of it. So I never hear back from this guy Andrew. Sunday at 330p I get a call from my Co. stating that I'm being moved by midnight. I was like WTF! I called the front desk and I was told that I must be out by 12A per manager. They invoiced until 2/11 but then they updated and added a day. What a mess. They are disputing the charge I was told. read more

Stayed here 1-night for business travel. This place was great. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, and bottle of water was waiting for me at check-in. It's located very close to the Loyola Station, so I was able to easily travel Downtown to go shopping after my work meetings were over. Close by some restaurants, a college, and a couple beach areas as well! What really makes this hotel stand out in my eyes is their customer service. I checked out very early in the morning (around 4:00 am) to catch my flight back to Pittsburgh. After I was already in the lyft to the airport, I realized I had forgot my mouth guard in the hotel room (yes... I wear a mouth guard when I go to sleep, I grind my teeth at night and it's embarrassing OK). Now, if you are familiar with dental items like this you may know how expensive these can be to replace.. like hundreds of dollars. I called the hotel immediately when I got to the airport. At first I was told that housekeeping would check later by the gentleman that was working at the front desk. I was not super satisfied by this and waited until I got back to Pittsburgh to call again. When I called again, I explained to the girl working that I was really anxious about this and asked if she would go into the room to see if it was there. Without hesitation, she did just that. She was so kind and understanding and explained to me what the process would be to get it back. I was charged about $7 for shipping and I had my mouth guard back in about a week. Upon my arrival yesterday, Sunday, July 5, I had already noticed hairs on the bathroom countertops and in the shower. Despite this, I gave Hampton Inn North - Loyola Station a chance and cleaned the hairs up. I had left the hotel to walk around and do a little shopping. As I was getting ready for bed, I lifted the toilet seat lid, and to my horror, there was urine on the seat! Given the COVID pandemic, the hotel's cleanliness is very concerning to me and my safety. At which point, I decided to leave the hotel at once. I have little trust in this establishment, and another room, which was offered by the receptionist, Madison, would not suffice. Further, while Madison offered a full refund, I am still not satisfied with this outcome for my inconvenience at 10-11 pm. On top of that, I was charged $19 for valet parking, in which I am seeking reimbursement. read more

I live in this neighborhood, but my mom is adverse to sleeping on my couch when she comes to town. She booked a room here for three nights, and I'm happy to have this place as an addition to Rogers Park. The staff is incredibly friendly, there's a decent free breakfast, free water/tea/coffee/hot chocolate 24/7, and the rooms are really nice. There's also a rooftop with a pretty view of the lake and north side. It's ultra convenient to the red line, 147 and 155. Id absolutely have anyone coming into town stay here! read more

Nicely located near the Loyala train stop this hotel offers a variety of business to eat at and night life for our visit to the area. There is an amazing view of Lake Michigan from the roof top seating area. Burundi Sledge the night manager had given us some great recommendations on places to eat and answered many of our questions. Hotel was good. Manager was super helpful and friendly. The bad was the valet. He was rude and it was very expensive. First off we called and explained that due to Covid we weren't comfortable with a valet in our car they said they understood and that there were plenty of free parking. That was not true and in fact there was zero free parking that allowed for parking at any time or duration. The baker is $37 a day. We ended up having to self park several blocks away in a seedy garage. When we tried to unload our bags at the hotel the valet told us we weren't allowed to do that and instead had to pull to the street and unload. When we put all of our stuff on our cart the valet told us we couldn't take our stuff to our room until the car was taken away from the hotel. He said there was a place to keep our stuff as we parked our car. Turns out that place was our stuff on a cart sitting alone in the lobby were just anyone could take it. As we left daily there was times we couldn't get out of the front door because of all of the cars the valet had parked in the drive of the hotel. On out check out day we pulled out car to the hotel to load it and before we got out the valet was at our car door demanding our keys. We informed him we were packing to leave and didn't need his services. He demanded the keys and said he didn't like where we parked. We again told him no that a stranger wasn't getting in our car. He literally got into our car even after telling him no. When we complained to the hotel they told us that valet is contracted out and they couldn't do anything about it. Would stay again based on the hotel itself but add in the valet and that makes it a no. If chosen to use the valet is providing a service that customers are paying way too much for but instead he is a bully and has no respect for customers at all. read more

I just stayed at the Hampton Inn this past week from Mon- Fri and it was one of the nicest hotel stays I have been at. Very clean room w two beds and fridge. One complaint is that there is no dresser but closet. I like a dresser at a hotel esp if I am staying more than one night. But that was minor. Hotel staff very nice and helpful with all questions esp since I am not from Chicago. They have a self serve breakfast buffet with ample option and large dining room Also nice roof top areas across from nice gym on fourth floor. One suggestion though is don't park at the hotel bc it $37 a day valet. You can go in and out etc. but what I did instead was book parking in garage located five min walking distance. If you book third party the garage is about $10-15 a day cheaper and same you can take in and out. However it not that necessary either bc the train and bus also within 5 min walking distance. And affordable and easy to navigate. Also close to the college, wasn't the reason for the stay but saw many parents and prospective students In addition plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and a nice park by the beach with great views of the lake. You can see the lake from hotel so just follow that view. All in all so happy and def recommend if you need to be in Chicago. read more

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Chicago North-Loyola Station from 9/16-9/19 for my brother's wedding. I paid for three rooms in my block for me, my mother, and two family friends, and my brother and his wife had several other guests staying at the hotel. Every person experienced a problem with their stay at this hotel. Below is an overview of our three rooms' experience. Dead Digital Locks and Faulty Keys On the first night of our stay, we had to go down to the desk a total of 8 times between our three rooms to either get keys reset or for the front desk manager to come up and charge the door of my mom's room which was completely dead. It's terrifying that the quickest way to get into a room with a dead digital lock is to have a worker sit on the hallway's floor and wait five minutes for the door to charge...what if there had been an emergency? They also do not have an engineer on site at night which is arguably the time that most people are going to be coming in and out of their rooms. When the worker got my mom's door open, they told her to stay in the room for the night so she didn't get locked out again. She had to miss a family gathering because she didn't want to lose access to her room. When I had to go down to get my card reset (after the light glowed orange), the front desk reset it without much of an issue. However, when our friends went down with the same problem after arriving on a late-night flight, the front desk worker (buzz cut, brown hair, feminine features - trying not to assume gender) told them there must be someone in their room. This naturally alarmed my friend, but the worker refused to do anything. Eventually after some pressing, they reset the card, and I went up with the friends in case someone was indeed in the room. Again, this was concerning that a security threat was suggested and the worker did nothing. Beware of the Front Desk Person with a Buzz Cut On the morning of my brother's wedding, around 7:30am, my mom and I went downstairs to ask for one of the rooms to be cleaned sometime before 4:00pm. We were going to let the bride's grandparents stay in one of our rooms since they were unable to get one at the room block rate. When we got downstairs, the worker with the buzz cut was there and seemed very upset that I was bothering them. They were in a grey hoodie and a shirt that didn't look like a uniform. I politely asked to put in a cleaning request for a room, and they said cleaning requests have to be put in at least 24 hours before. Nowhere in Hampton Inn's emails, website, or materials in the room did I see a disclaimer that 24 hours were needed. To be honest, I also don't think they did a great job explaining that we would have to ask for sheets, towels, etc and that we would have to take out our own trash. The hallways were pretty disgusting with everyone's dirty towels and trash bags lying around with no one picking them up. I asked if there was any way they might be able to squeeze us in, and they said there were no cleaning staff on site, which is concerning considering the COVID-19 precautions they're supposedly taking. My mom said, "Well, does that mean we need to go buy our own cleaning supplies and sheets?" and the person just shrugged. We left to try to gather ourselves (we were quite upset) and figure out what to do since the hotel apparently no longer cleaned rooms. We were horrified by the interaction, and after notifying the bride's family, they ended up booking a new room at full price for the grandparents since the front desk person told us we couldn't get a room cleaned. It caused a lot of hassle for all of us and tainted the morning of the wedding for both sides of the family, which is a real shame on what was supposed to be a special day. I can honestly say that this particular worker is the worst person that I have ever interacted with in a customer service setting in my entire life, and I have traveled extensively domestically and internationally and worked in the customer service industry. They were cold, rude, unprofessional, and clearly unhappy with their job. At the very least, this person needs retraining and supervision, but to be honest, I think Hampton Inn would be better off letting this employee go. I was hoping to not have to publish this review, but after almost 36 hours of Hampton Inn dodging my calls to submit this complaint and discuss steps forward with a refund or compensation, I feel it's necessary to share this experience publicly. read more

From the second I stepped into this hotel my experience was great. Such a clean, modern theme that carried all the way through the rooms. Friendly front desk service & hot, fresh coffee. My room was clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. And you can't forget about the delish breakfast. My experience w this Hotel was a challenge from the beginning till the end. Let's begin The very 1st day I walked into the Hampton Inn ,they're were four front desk employees standing behind the front desk counter and not ONE those employees gave me a simple,Hello/ Hi/ Welcome or even gave me a smile. 2nd The shower water temperature was lukewarm but not hot; that's really not a deal breaker for ME. 3rd I went to the Front desk n asked about the hotels amenities which the front desk worker responded with ,did you not listen to what we have to offer when you checked inn, i wanted to say if did I wouldn't be questioning you NOW. I finally got the answers I wanted but why was it so hard to get a simple response. 4th So blah blah blah We got a room changed due to the temperature of the water on floor was not heating properly. 5th while changing rooms the gave us new room keys n of course they didn't work. The situation was made worst by Pickle breath Lance (front desk worker)who tolerate d me to calm down n have a seat.... My overall experience w this Hampton Inn is don't go. PS . Very nice hotel. Marcus and Cassidy, are great ambassadors for the brand. Tip- avoid rooms 514, 516, 518, 520. They are directly under the gym room. Though rarely used, it is open to midnight and starts at 6:00am. It may be an unfortunate night of people dropping weights and medicine balls ... as it was last night. read more

This brand new hotel is located literally on the campus of Loyola. Everything is as clean as can be, and the hotel has incorporated any and all new Hilton design features available. For the price? This place looks and feels nicer than other hotels twice the price. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are high end - coffee and fridges in rooms. if toy ever have any reason to stay up in the Loyola area, def stay here! read more

Customer service isn't usually great these days and it means a lot to me. So I just had to write a review after my stay here and give a shout out to Burundi. He was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful to me and ever customer I witnessed. The hotel room was very clean and updated. For the price, I would highly recommend this place. read more
