There are a cluster of hotels in this part of Tulsa including a Marriott Courtyard, a Hilton Embassy Suites, Motel 6, Super 8, America's Best Value and more. Interesting zoning, City of Tulsa! Arriving at 12:45 am and leaving at 7:30 am, I can't say that I got to experience very much of the hotel. I appreciated being upgraded to a suite even if it only lasted a few hours. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. I had no noise, but even the loudest hotels are generally quiet even at that time of the night. Breakfast in the morning was the usual Hampton standard and I was able to put together a keto-compliant breakfast with eggs and sausages. When I back in the Tulsa area, I'd stay here again. The Hampton Inn "Tulsa / Central" provided truly excellent service to Myself, my Family, and our Friends during a weeklong visit; which included excellent support from: KEITH -- Who took my "Last Minute Reservation" (which I made about an hour before boarding our flight), and took care of our needs and requests; supported by LINDSEY -- who kept the momentum going with attentive services like having "Maintenance" assist with getting the "PlayStation" which we brought -- integrated into the TV "set-up." AARON was also extremely helpful during the Late Afternoon / Evening Shift; while LEAH took care of our many "Late Night" needs (for snacks, water, or whatever) and was also instrumental in coordinating with . . . . . . ALFIE (the GM) to allow for a "half-day / SUPER-Late checkout" (at a nominal fee) since our flight did not depart until very late in the evening. This allowed us more time to sleep, pack, and go "seamlessly" from the Hotel to the Rental Car Return & Airport -- without any extended "Down Time." FLOR (Housekeeping Supervisor?) -- went significantly "Above & Beyond," in terms of facilitating extra towels and bath mats to accommodate our large group; and made a point of "stopping by" our room at one point -- around mid-week -- to see if there was ANYTHING Else (in the way of towels or other items) that we wanted. Most notably -- I could honestly say that, with the numerous requests we made -- I never detected anything other than the Most GENUINE desire to do "Whatever it Takes" to Honor the Hilton Pledge of 100% Satisfaction (as opposed to some situations where customer satisfaction is considered more of an obligation, and there isn't a "Happy-To-Help" attitude). As one who has stayed in numerous Hampton Inn locations (in San Diego, Temecula, Del Mar, AND Fort Smith) -- I would Highly recommend The Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa / Central to anyone who wants excellent hospitality, service, and facilities. This stay left so, so much to be desired. We arrived late so moving rooms wasn't an option, but I don't feel as though I was afforded the Diamond member or even Hilton experience I deserved during my five-night stay. Our bathroom was gross - hair everywhere and the sink and toilet clearly had not been cleaned in months. Furthermore, the noise and marijuana smell multiple nights in a row were beyond anything I've ever experienced before in my life. My kid woke up coughing one night because it was soooo bad. I got sick to my stomach from the smell. It was bad and it's not like I haven't been around it before. Our room was only cleaned once, despite my request for multiple cleanings. One of the elevators was broken - making it practically impossible to avoid elevator (and germ) sharing. The staff here was mostly nice - when they were actually around or chose to answer the phone. I could've stayed around the corner with Marriott but prefer Hilton and thought this would be a positive experience. It really wasn't. It was meh at best. I saw front-desk employees improperly wearing masks, trash constantly overflowing outside, and just filth in so many places you'd hope it wouldn't be during a pandemic. Staff was great, zero issues with any staff member. Front desk people were always polite and stopped whatever they were doing to say hi anytime I walked by. I don't usually stay at Hampton inn's because they are usually a little run down and my room here was a bit what I expected. The sofa was nasty looking and is similar to one shown in another review. The lamp shade on the desk is actually installed upside down and when you look inside it it's full of nastiness. I felt the hall carpet needed to be cleaned as stains were visible. What really annoyed me is there are no trash cans by the elevators or on the individual floors (at least 4 and 3) which is odd. I like to eat in my room and then take the trash to a trash can that is emptied daily where I know my room won't be serviced during my stay and don't want food rotting away. You have to go down to the lobby to find a trash can which is really unusual. Overall the stay was fine, it's what I expected from a Hampton inn, sorta run down. read more

EVERYTHING, was bad especially the wifi!!! I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels and this is the worst one yet. For the last 5yrs I stay at a Hilton or Hampton at least three times a month. The WiFi is the worst thing about this hotel and I would say that the location would be next. The staff is really friendly and they will try their best to accommodate you. The air conditioning in our room was terrible and making noises the entire five nights we were here. Granted that the manager did try to get maintenance to fix it and he did, but the problem started again the very next day. The location is really horrible and surrounded by (cheap) motels, so don't bother taking a walk anywhere. Breakfast was just breakfast and nothing fancy or overwhelming. The orange juice tastes like water. Although we didn't use it but the pool looks somewhat decent but don't get in the hot tub, it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. read more

Called to reserve a block of twenty rooms. Talked to the manager, KC, and she offered the rooms for $159/night. I told her that the rooms are offered on their website for $137/night. She went on to say someone did that without her permission. Then she went on to complain that I was going to take half her rooms for only one night. Somehow we got onto the subject that other hotels are okay doing this. I was going to tell her that other hotels were happy for our business and even gave us a discount. When I started the sentence, "i dont want to be a jerk, but other", she interrupted and said, "Well you have already gone there." I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and said it would be best if I go elsewhere. She hung up without giving her name. It is KC. read more

This has been my go-to hotel for last minute travel to Tulsa, OK twice in this past month. Each staff member warmly greets you and they make sure you have what you need. There's a gym, laundry room, coffee bar, daily newspaper and a great selection of breakfast that's available daily till 10 a.m. My room has always been stocked and well cleaned. As I mentioned in a quick tip, this location is a bit off, but the new building is really nice and a step up from the former, haunted locale (long story :). Everything is super mod with Amazonian tall ceilings/doors and lots of bright colors. Mostly orange and chartreuse. Lost "star-age" because: 1. The Internet was super annoying to log into and I don't believe free to guests without "Diamond" hilton honors status. 2. The Mac in the business center was broken the whole time I stayed there with no sympathy/action from the front desk staff. I asked three different people. 3. I left my apple wallplug/USB converter in the lamp after I left and I couldn't get any I info on it, even after calling 4 times. The best part was the space in the room. I accidentally requested a handicapped room (I seem to do this a lot) so maybe that was why, but the thing was at least three times the size of my first apartment. read more

Filthy! Our room is dirty. The shower is disgusting. Mold, hair and dirt. Our shower door fell off! Our deadbolt doesn't work. The cover to the key pad fell off. No maintenance has been done. Will not stay here again! read more

Hampton defiantly have the BEST beds to have a good night sleep ! A little noise from upstairs , but that's just the fact the higher floor you are less noise, but management was happy to help with noise ! I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they said they would make record of it and moved me to a room down the hall (said it was the best they could do since I booked through a 3rd party). One of the most comfortable and quiet stays in its class. Great location, incredibly clean, well decorated and absolutely sound proof rooms. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is within 2-3 miles of a variety of eating and drinking establishments. The free breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice and had a variety of options. They served a couple of hot dishes (eggs and sausage, oatmeal) plus basic continental breakfast staples, including fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries, toast, juice, coffee, etc. They also had a make-your-own waffle station. Not great, they gave me third degree on check in about my business being on the credit card and not being on id. The room has paper thin walls, heard the people walking above us and the kids yelling next to us. Also they put us right next to where the maid carts are so bright and early we got to here them banging around. Hampton Inn is the preferred hotel for my company. I am typically satisfied with the accommodations, better than average. Stayed at this location a few weeks ago, no issues, staff friendly, clean, etc... On this stay however; I noticed a blood stain on the sheet. When I pulled back the sheet, there was a giant Bed Bug. I alerted a cleaning lady in the hallway and she immediately took a look and actually found several more. The front desk was great the rooms were clean well made good outside appearance friendly staff and all the other frills you expect from a good hotel like laundry gym conference room workstation with computer. The only thing that bothered me was that I came in at 1 in the morning and I was awoken by loud bangs which was the maids leaving the latch from the door lock and letting the door swing and bang very loudly. And also knocked on my door and open the door even though I have till 12 o'clock to check out. I think management needs to make sure their cleaning staff knows who's checked out and who's still sleeping to try their best to be somewhat quiet. This is not a 5-star hotel, but it is a 5-star Hampton Inn, even though it is a bit out of the way. It's newly remodeled with a comfortable contemporary design with larger rooms. There's a nice pool, workout facility, and onsite laundry. The staff is fantastic, employees go out of their way to help and are looking for ways to improve your stay. Internet is free (like all hamptons) and is wicked fast, I was able to upload some files for work that I'd been sitting on for more than week and download some new iTunes movies at more than 150kbps, not bad for free! I have do have not plans to visit Tulsa again but if I did I would stay here. read more

Stayed here for one night passing through Tulsa on a long road trip & the good reviews are true! Very clean, nice, relatively modern hotel. They have Neutrogena soaps in the rooms, & the beds are super comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Nice outdoor pool with hot tub (open 6am-10pm). 4 out of 5 stars for the breakfast, it wasn't great, but they never are. Coffee was okay. Very nice stay & reasonable rate. Our stay at the Hampton inn Tulsa, OK was very good. The hotel looked new and was very clean. The beds were really good. The exercise room was well equipped with cardio and weights (check plus).
