First off the lady in the office wasn't very pleasant. We were sent to a room and when we opened the door there was some else in the room. Then we were sent to a basement family room with a King bed in one room and two doubles in the other. I felt weird wondering if someone might come in the other room. The room was clearn that's the best I can say. The shower had no light and there was not fan vent. The toliet seat was loose making it feel like you going to go flying. There was a strange line of peeling paint across the celing above the toliet. The room had one trash can. The bed was okay. In the morning they had coffee but there were not lids and I did not want to spill it in my car. read more

Magic In Seabrook Once Upon A Time... A kind but flighty and overly trusting lady needed a place to stay while she closed on a property in Hampton. Little did she realize, Hampton Falls Inn was a magical place! After paying and finding living bugs (she's not the Cinderella nature type) and overpowering mold stench in the room, she decided it would be best to find other accommodations that would not impact the infant & children. She politely approached the desk, where a magical man happily exclaimed "chargeback within 3 business days ma'am!" Days pass, but his words did not come true. The lady called and left her name, and the Magical Transforming Manager Medley began! Over the next 6 months, *many managers* return her calls and dangle her refund, lamenting the cursed business days between chargeback and reality. Finally, she makes it back to the mystical land of Hampton Falls to request it in person. Imran is aghast at her struggle, and helpfully prints her receipt. He calls four other people speaking at length in another language. He then again encouraged the lady to call Monday, as he would be there with the final boss "General Manager" who will refund her! Finally! Monday, the sun rises and unfortunately Imran is not there. Again, somehow, the manager's name has changed from "Sric" to "Ismael". How perplexing! Tuesday, Imran is so very happy to take her call. He had an appointment Monday, whoops. Oh, wait- no, actually it was an unexpected emergency! And behold, Dear Reader- Imran is now a manager! He sadly now cannot hear her, as her call is just continually breaking up. Let this be a warning to others of the magical managerial turnover rate and propensity to just blatantly lie to customers at Hampton Falls Inn! read more

Friendly lady at the front desk. I made this reservation through Priceline, had no issues. The rooms are clean. I would definitely stay here again. They offer free coffee 24/7 and free muffins in the morning until they're gone. If you're coming for the beach, its only a 5-7 minute drive. Theres a ton of stores/restaurants on this stretch of route 1 if you continue going a little more south. If you're more into small businesses rather than franchise food, try Kong Thai, or Jasmines Famouse Roast Beef (they got tons of other stuff too). read more

Stayed​ with partner 1 night, never again. The list of good attributes are shorter than the bad so I'll start there. Good- water pressure, the change in temperature was speedy. Bad- where do I start? When you first walk into the lobby you are punched in the face by the overwhelming stench of chlorine and must. The rugs are dirty, everything is coated in dust and film. Get up to the room (via stairs,no elevators even for people with disabilities). The tiles are sticky, the toilet paper is used and EVERYTHING has some sort of stain, including the ceiling. You need ice? Well their downstairs ice machine has some but with an extra garnish, BLACK MOLD. The entire machine, covered. Now comes the kicker, the pool. You walk in and it has to be 100 degrees in the pool room, ok. No pool towels in sight, good thing I brought one from the room. Regrettably, before looking too hard you dip your toe in and feel a slimeyness on the ladder but you brush it off. You're in the middle of a swim when you start to feel hair after hair glide across your skin underwater. This is when you look down and realize you've made a big mistake. The pool floor is coated in algae, what looked like mold in some areas and pieces of the torn up rock floor chilling at the bottom. You look around at the floor next to the pool and realize how disgusting everything is. There's bugs, dust, dirt, leaves and even fake eyelashes. We spent a few minutes max in this pool and I counted 14 hairs glide across my skin. After I carefully climb out and run to our room, i jump in the shower asap. That's when I realized I really overestimated this place. The slime DID NOT COME OFF MY SKIN even after four full body washes, it was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention their hot tub that is advertised was covered up with a thin wooden board and the rustiest table I've ever seen, but I'm so grateful now. This was hands down the worst experience I've endured at a hotel or any place I've been to tbh. There were so many other things I wanted to mention but I feel I don't have enough space lol. I regret not getting photos of this monstrosity but my partner and I didn't spend much time inside with what we experienced already. I don't even know where to begin. The room was in horrible shape and dirty. The sheets were stained with what looked like blood and something brown. We called for a new set as well as towels because they only had 3 in the room and was told 45 minutes. After that time passed we called again and we're told an hour. At this point it was 9:45 pm and went to bed with no sheet. There were no outlets and that worked and one had no cover and and broken. My son and I stayed here last week. I turned on water and it looked like sewer. I let it run for awhile and it got a little better but not great. Then the water in the tub wouldn't drain so couldn't take a shower. I told front desk person he said he would have manager contact me. No call. I call later that afternoon and another employee said they would have manager call. Never got a call! Soooo since my husband and I own a very reputable business that has a lot to do with motorcycle and hot rods which stay a lot near the seacoast, we will be sure NOT to recommend this place. As a matter of fact I will be telling them to avoid this place all together!! read more

I see a lot of negative reviews and if I had bed bug bites or blood in my room I might have given a scolding review too. However, that wasn't my experience and I'll give reviews on rooms 218 and 319 since those are ones I have stayed in. Both rooms were clean, but not new and certainly not high end. However, they were spacious and had plenty of room to move around and included a fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and plenty of amenities. The beds were actually pretty comfy and better than the average motel. The price for this place was very reasonable (under $100 a night) so you have to keep that in mind. The only issues I saw were some hairs (women's I assume) on the wall of the tub and in a floor corner of one room and the other had a stain on a bath towel (looked like a faint remainder of a stain from someone cleaning their shoes perhaps and it didn't come out?). So. The stay wasn't blissful with rooms service and high end amenities but if you need an inexpensive place to get some sleep and a shower, this certainly fits the bill. I should also add that there is a pretty nice indoor pool here so if you have kids that are coming be sure to pack bathing suits. Enjoy! read more

Man at the desk checked me into an occupied room. When I went back to the desk there was no apologies. I was given a new room which was fine except for all of the hair around the bathroom sink and tub/shower. The towels were also dirty. I also found blood on the door. I took a pic of it and showed it to the man at the desk and did not say anything but, "ok man". Bed was comfy, shower head was low. Had to bend down to shower. read more

This place needs a total Rehab. I stayed here 20 years ago and it was beautiful. Not Even Close to being nice today! Place smells awful the moment you walk in the lobby. The rooms are worst! Toilet seat falling off, dirty socks in the corner, slider glass doors with glass you can't even see outside. Sign on the wall in the bedroom stating don't open because they are broken, dirty disgusting furniture, coach that was all but broken in half. Got a refund and left. Went to a Holiday Inn Express less than a quarter mile south and it is bigger room clean fresh spotless! How can Travelocity use this place. It's awful! Then I get home and Ron the owner/front desk boy charged my credit card $137.38 for a room. I call Ron about the charge and he laughs and said your the one that posted the bad review, then tells me to call Travelocity! Travelocity explains they can't help unless I take down my review. Connie the manager attacked my husband from behind the counter for bringing paint chips from bath (that our 1 year old almost ate) to the front desk. She has no sense of hospitality. Screamed at us for asking to use pool. Screamed for asking about clean towels when there was a paper on door that told us to ASK FRONT DESK about clean linen. Very rude and needs to NOT work with the public. Told us she'd call the cops on us for asking if we could speak with a supervisor. Ok, so I read a whole bunch of reviews on Trip Advisor, AFTER, I did a "blind buy" on Hotwire.com, where you pay first then they tell you what the hotel name is. Well it turned out to be Hampton Falls Inn. $99 for a single non-smoking room, with a queen bed and couch. I was expecting all the problems mentioned in the many reviews. Hair in the tub, mold, bleach scented room etc...I'm a single guy and figured these were hysterical, clean freak women looking for anything to bitch about in a budget hotel, but I packed my scrubbing bubbles, basin tub and tile cleaner, and generic Febrese just in case. Sorry ladies, but in my room, 219, there were no cleanliness issues! The room was almost perfect, but there are a few things I can nitpick. 1. The Comcast TV remote, capable of using one button to turn the TV and Cable on, takes 4 buttons to accomplish. This is an easy fix. I had to have the front desk help me, and I'm pretty tech savvy. 2. The knob on the AC unit is missing, but does not affect its operation. 3. Walking into the room in the dark and you are guaranteed to walk into the coffee table. Solution, leave light on if you are going out at night, or have the room darkened pulled shut. 4. There are three open outlets for all of your electronics. A power strip would be nice. 5. The facial tissues are sandpaper like, and the TP is similar. Sorry, no soft Kleenex and Charmin Ultra. If your nose and tush are sensitive, bring your own. Other than that, this place was a great find for $99. My stay was on 8/7/16. Ps. I awarded five stars, but remember, this is a 2.5 star hotel. These are not luxury accommodations, so if you want to pony up $200+ a night, there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Remember, room 219. I can't vouch for any other rooms. read more

Look elsewhere! The smell of the entire lobby, hallway and rooms is awful. Cigarette and mold. Our bedroom smoke detector was ripped out, there was a hole in the wall, mold and mildew on the ac/heat unit causing us to keep it turned off. There was black hair in our shower, and whoever stayed in the room prior left their bag of boiled eggs and take out container of food in the fridge. I brought it the the front desks attention informing them the room was absolutely not cleaned she just looked at me without a word, I handed her the food and she stared at me and shrugged her shoulders. It's a non smoking room also no smoking on the deck but people do and the smoke comes right into the rooms near by. Walls and ceiling are thin, you hear every single thing. Not a single hand sanitizing station seen. The staff was watching movies and on their phones rather than helping guests. I needed shower towels and was handed 1 and told to check later for more they were all dirty at the time. The shower didn't drain so that was disgusting. And if anyone has any fears of ghosts or spirits, I would not stay here. We experienced some weird things and for some people that can be an issue. Not pictured is the previous guests old food in the fridge. Very dated, very dirty, we left after our 3 night stay with a cough and just feeling gross. read more

Honestly I would live here if I could. When I first found the hotel I thought it was be a cheap shitty hotel cause it was $60 a night. When I came in the lobby I was blown away on its beautifulness. The front desk person was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. My girlfriend and I were blow away. The room was $60 we got the most amazing bathroom I have ever seen, 2 king beds and a pull out couch. They also had a pool and a hot tub. 100% coming back as often as possible. read more

I would NOT recommend this hotel/motel for the following reasons. 1.) The furniture (end table in between the beds) looked like something they picked up out of the trash. It was old, worn out/used to the point where it had chipped and nails were exposed which could cut your fingers or hand when opening the draw. Inexcusable!!!! 2.) No bible (used to be tradition to have the Higgins King James bible in every hotel?). I'll let that one slide... 3.) Dirty curtains as well as the rest of the fabric (chairs/beds quilts) in the room. The curtains were a dead giveaway because they were white and you could clearly see the dirty stains on them, like they hadn't been washed, ever. 4.) They give you somewhat of a balcony outside your room, but they hang a sign stating you can't bring chairs out on the balcony, you can't lean on the railing (didn't look safe to anyway), you can't smoke,drink,laugh/talk, etc... Or they will surcharge you $250 extra for your room. So why would I feel that's an amenity??? 5.) They claim to be "doing the place over" but the contractor or carpenter that's doing the work is is "hacking" the place to hell and back! Even at the front desk, the counter wood was cut in places that it shouldn't have been. Countless mistakes, everywhere you look from the bathroom door biting when attempting to close it completely, (the guy can't hang doors). the plastic base board that lines the perimeter of the room was missing or just not there, I would rate their construction attempts a 1-2 on scale of 10. Howard Johnsons is doing better than that. Oh and the worst part was my lady had on certain shoes that had less grip on the soles, when you walk into the room they have tile, very slippery tile so you easily slip and fall there and in the bathroom Our conclusion, the contractor bought the WRONG tile. Thats is a liability waiting to happen. 6..) TV guide provided states you have HBO channels, Guess what??? You have Shometime channels, if you can find THEM. 7.) NO Continental Breakfast!!!! I believe for over $200 bucks a night a run of the mill Continental Breakfast is not out of the ordinary, in this day and age? They do have cheap coffee at the desk, if you can stomach it. 8.) No extra blanket/bed quilt in rooms. Some people get cold and just want more covering, its a courtesy thats kinda of expected. No extra towels, unless you ask specifically at the front desk. 9.) Some of the rooms say "No Smoking" and some Do Not. This is misleading even though none of the rooms are smoking. And you can't smoke on the balcony so the smoking area is somewhere else and didn't you read that in the very small print, 5 page document you signed before I took it away 10 seconds after I provided it? Ahhh NO!!! How convenient for the MANAGEMENT!!! 10.) Way too many stairs and twists and turns to get to our room. Get lost every other time getting back to my room, left here and right here and down these stairs and on and on. We were unlucky enough to get a room on the 1st floor so don't let them stick you down there. God forbid if you were old you would not be able to do it. 11.) You can tell foreigners owe the place because there was no comfortable feel to the atmosphere, the decor, the music the service all contribute to this aspect, or not. It could use some improvement as an incentive for customers to want to do business with you. Overall I would rate this place a 2 out of 10, I would not go back. They have a pool and hot tub but I was so aggravated that I didn't bother to check them out so I won't comment on this. I think for over $200 bucks for one nights stay (they jack the price up on the weekends and we were there on a Saturday) I should have gotten more for my $$$, and you should too. This place deserves no stars at all. Stayed here for two nights during the month of June for a wedding we were attending. Worst experience ever!!! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Our room was not cleaned, we found food and water bottles on the floor, and a syringe outside our room. When we told the front desk about the syringe, they didn't even raise an eye brow, and picked it up hours later. This is my go-to place when I need a place to stay in this area. The indoor pool and hot tub make every stay enjoyable. The layout reminds me of high end hotels in the city but the staff treat everyone like a guest. Very courteous and professional. There is plenty of parking. It's five minutes from everything including Wal-Mart and there is in fact a poker room located next door. There used to be video games located downstairs. I wish they would bring them back. There is a decent continental breakfast offered here and coffee is always fresh. There are several places that will deliver food and there's a grocery store right down the road. I highly recommend this place if you need a place to stay. read more

Last night I was too tired to fight bad weather driving so I pulled in and fall asleep within minutes after entering my room. However within 3 hours my nose was running and my eyes were burning.. Otherwise clean bathroom and furniture in fair condition considering the price of stay; their hot air blowing unit hasn't been cleaned and filters were not changed for a long time!!! ??? Blowing who knows what airborne bacteria that made even me sick!!!! For your health sake, avid this place!!! The owners are from a third world country, more interested in driving a late model Mercedes then paying attention to customers health!! The stay was a complete Nightmare! The place is straight up Unsanitary, the decor is dated and the environment was very uncomfortable to stay in. The staff were unhelpful, very rude and had no care about the guesses concerns. No apologies were given for the poor conditions there. Customer service was poor. As a person that works in the industry and now as a guess They should be embarrassed on how this Facility is run. I would've expected more courtesy and professionalism. But I saw neither. This place is decent. Fridges in rooms are helpful. The front desk staff can be a little hit or miss. Although, bringing up the online rate versus the rate in person the front desk staff allowed me to have the same rate as advertised online. Nice ! Its in a quiet wooded area but right on rt 1 so its convenient. In each room there are sliding glass doors to a balcony you can actually enjoy...nice fresh air ! This was the WORST hotel experience of my life. I downloaded the Yelp app strictly so that I could leave a warning for future guests of this facility. If I didn't have to leave a star, I wouldn't. I have complained to the NH BBB and have left my complaint here. This was an awful experience. You would be better off sleeping in your car and hoping it rains so you can grab a shower. Complaint to the BBB: This incident occurred 7/8/2016. It occurred at the Hampton Falls Inn in Hampton Falls, NH at approximately 4:40-527. Being unfamiliar with the Hampton Falls area, an outside site was used to book a hotel room. The images posted of the Hampton Falls Inn were appealing and seemed perfect for a one night vacation. Upon arrival, the hotel immoderately did not meet standards listed. Staff was on personal phone and let me wait before checking us in. Walked into room and there was an overwhelming scented spray looming in the air. So much so, it caused throat irritation. We contemplated staying as we took off our shoes only to discover a wet puddle in front of the fridge. When fridge was opened, it was unclean and the freezer was caked in freezer burn and left over elements from previous visits that a cloth ice pack was unable to fit in, an ice pack that was needed for icing an injury. Bathroom covered in hair and shower mat was dirty. Sheets were stained and, when removed, exposed a significant burn stain that had not yet been cleaned. At this point, the decision was made to not continue the stay. The staff was alerted. The staff became defensive and demanding. Their suggestions were that the stains were caused by us in 35 mins despite the fact the stains were from various elements. They were dismissive and directed us to contact Hotels.com, which was the site we had used to book the room. We left promptly, contacted the site, and reached very helpful individuals. Hotels.com staff had to contact the hotel staff who refused a refund, despite the fact we hadn't stayed for more than 40 minutes. They alerted me that I could contact the hotel directly to see what else could be done as a refund was the only option after the experience we had. This is where I was brought to tears as the individual, claiming to be the owner, was insulting, rude, and further dismissive. He called me a liar, suggested that we were the cause of all of the problems, informed me that the sheets I have removed from the bed were fine and were put back on the bed. He insulted my intelligence and my character, all because I requested a refund. He refused and hung up on me. This facility was a terrible experience. Luckily, hotels.com was fantastic. They were able to contact their billing department and stop the payment before it was charged. I will NEVER stay at this location again. It is very clear that this company is unsanitary and unwilling to work with their customers. The staff was demanding and treated me terribly. I am seeking that consumers seeking a hote experience are fully informed as to what may come from their stay. I also am concerned that the uncleanliness and significant amount of scented spray to mask the underlying moldy scents are exposed. Perhaps, after this, the hotel will take the precautionary measures needed to maintain a hotel and hire staff that are patient and willing to work with customers. Insulting individuals who are bringing their faults to light should consider different employment. read more

My husband and I made our reservation through trip advisor for 7/1-7/3. Not welcoming upon arrival we were ignored as the clerk continuously having conversation with (appears to be) residents. Waited over 5 mins when we had to interrupt and informed him about our reservation. He Handed us the keys and pointed to where our room was. (Never excused himself not apologetic for the wait) It was extremely frustrated. To make matters worse outside of hotel had no signs, no numbers, no directions and had to ask customers (strangers) for directions. Entry way was very outdated , had a foul odor smell, wall to wall carpeting, no elevators staircase only (third floor) Although we had a decent king size bed we couldn't get passed the strong odor and seemingly old furnitures with small tv ("19") non working telephone/lamp, slight damaged sliding door to a very small balcony (unsafe not children friendly) Bathtub filled with hair. Nothing like the pictures advertised on line. Outside had limited lightings, felt unsafe in a location surrounded by wood and landmark in a very quiet country setting. We immediately addressed our concerns to the clerk and was told " no worries it will be taken care of ASAP" (no sympathy nor apologetic) on the next following day we stepped out around 4pm and housekeeping never came by to clean our room. Both Telephone and lamp still not working. Spoke with another clerk about our situation. And were told (twice) that it will be taken care of. Upon returning our room it appeared to be somewhat clean. Yet telephone/lamp still not working. Top off my necklace was stolen when left on table. My husband and I decided NOT to stay another night. We left that same day! It was an awful experience. Not only I lost my necklace and the long drive back home but most importantly a waste of money. ( not cheap) A total nightmare we will NEVER return to this hotel. Nightmare hotel!!! This place is straight up filthy and there are no apologies given! We arrived at 230pm. Check in is at 3pm. Most hotels no biggie. However the woman at the desk was incredibly rude. At first we were told no she didnt have time she was training someone. By the way the trainee was by far the nicest person in that hotel. The rooms are extremely dated there were holes in the screen of the slider. There was a light that kept flickering on and off. I called the front desk and they chuckled and said they could send maintenance but its been broken a while. On top of it One of my worst nights sleep ever. We stayed in a queen room. The bed was literally concave. Myself and my husband woke up with the worst back pain. I approached the manager in the morning about the bed issue. There were no apologies offered, his reponse "and what do you want me to do?" Basically our choices were switch to another room with the same problem because none of the mattresses have been replaced in over 10 years. Or refund our next night and just bag it and go home. I am so upset that I can give this place one star. This place has to be the most rancid places I have ever slept in. First lets start at the arrival. We show up not to late maybe around 6 pm. We check in grab a key but dont bother heading up to the room because we are going out for dinner. Our first mistake. We get back around 11 or so and head to the room. Well it was a massive shock when we opened the door and it looked like the room was occupied. The one bed looked like it was just slept in. There was food on the fridge. All the towels were used. The tv was on. I swear to god I really thought I was given the wrong room. Well I go down and wait for twenty minutes before the two idiots at the desk figure out the maid didnt clean it that day. Well no shit guys I am glad it took two brains to figure that out. We needed a room and i was to late to go searching somewhere else. So I tell the manager to work it out and get the room clean. I also told the manager that the room needed to be comped for the night. Well an hour later as my lady was falling asleep on me in the lobby the room is finally clean. I got half off for the night and figured oh well its better than nothing. Nope wrong. Go back to the room and now the f'ing keys dont work. Got that resolved. Walk in and it smells like a newly cleaned up murder scene. I had to open up the sliding glass door because we were both choking on the smell of bleach. No doubt there sheets were not new. Who knows if the towels were replaced. Floor was grimy so defiantly not vacuumed. Well at least there was one bed not touch. Pull back the covers and there is a god damn blood stain on the sheet.
