The estimate came back a few days later, and I was impressed by how well organized it was; everything was itemized down to the dollar for each specific job of my giant basement-finishing project. It ended up being a much bigger project than anticipated only because I don't know a thing about breaking up my concrete floor to run drains for a new full bath. We've decided to postpone the project for now, but I will definitely be calling Billy back when we are ready to move forward!

BEWARE - DO NOT USE. They did not complete the quoted work,…read morelied to my face about the repair, and then were rude and dismissive when confronted. I hired Mister Fix-it to build supports for a joist that was sagging. Their quote included building up from the ground to support the joist. The technician did not complete the support wall. When I had him come back out to finish the work (which had been quoted and paid for), he told me there was another board I couldn't see, resting on the foundation, so a wall wasn't needed. I asked a number of follow up questions to make sure I understood. Based on that, I didn't insist on the support wall. Today I examined it and determined that there is no second board. He lied about something he hoped I wouldn't be able to see, to get out of work I paid for. I called and spoke to Jerry, who runs the company. He did offer to have a different person come complete the work, but he was dismissive and told me to "settle down" and "calm down". They have not offered any kind of compensation for the fact that failed to do the work, lied, and will need yet another appointment to complete it (if they even do that). I've been a customer for several years, but I will never use them again.

Now when i have asked him to return my money, he is no longer picking my phone. He probably blocked my number.
