Jason Kuhlman seems to be a BIG FRAUD. I signed with him for an under decking project about 5 months back, and he sounded very genuine at that time, and gave me ~$9k estimate, he took more than half of that in advance to buy materials, and then kept on delaying the project for one reason or other. Now when i have asked him to return my money, he is no longer picking my phone. He probably blocked my number. He picked when i called from a different number, but recognizing my voice immediately hung up. Here is a link to video and more info on him.
