From quote to clean up it couldn't have gone any smoother. And the results are amazing!! I also want to thank the girl in the office. She was so nice and extremely helpful. This purchase and installation just may be my worst experience in my 35+ years as a project…read moremanager. We contracted a black aluminum fence to be installed to surround our in-ground pool and a small portion of the lawn to provide an outdoor area for our two dogs. The proposal was fair and accepted. Everything seemed to be going as proposed until the installation began, and it became instant buyer's remorse. The install was early spring, and the ground was still soft. The fence was completed within a week and they left. When I arrived home from work that afternoon, I immediately went down to the pool to look at the finished job and was utterly dismayed. The aluminum fence and entire pool area was a muddy mess, nine of the panels and the posts could easily be moved three to four inches with my fingertips. I called and voiced my concern, and they sent the same two installers out the next day to repair it. When I came home from work that day five of the nine panels were completed and they had to be called back out again. The panel issue was finally addressed, and my wife and I began a weekend of cleaning all of the mud off of the pool deck, stairs, driveway, and of all things the fence itself. The black fence was half brown with muddy handprints everywhere. While cleaning the fence we found that several of the caps on the top of the posts were damaged and needed to be replaced because it looks as if the installers placed the caps on the post, flipped it over and banged it on the concrete deck to snug the cap, scuffing up the cap and removing the paint in the process.......and then it got worse. Several weeks later as Aquarius was out to open our pool it was discovered that during the fence install, they had run one of the posts through the top of buried pools pump line. The bill for finding the leak, excavation and repair was $3,500. When I asked Mr. Fence It about their covering the damage from the installation they said it was a private line and not a utilities line and that they were not responsible or liable for the cost to repair. My attorney is currently looking into what might be the best avenue for recovering our expenses thus far but suffice it to say that this company has little regard for owning up to a mistake and making it right with the customer. I am posting this as a warning to any future readers to definitely consider looking elsewhere if considering this business in any future projects and if you are possibly considering Mr. Fence It you are more than welcome to call or email me and I will be more than glad to walk you around my property and show you their quality of work. I live in California and have two rental properties in Indiana. One of them in Kokomo, I manage…read moremyself across the distance. To be honest, I've had several challenges with this, particularly being overcharged just because I live in California and perhaps people think everyone in California is rich. My roof was having some issues after a wind and hailstorm this summer and I started to get bids to replace it. Jesse gave me a bid that was in the middle of the pack. Jesse of Sisk Roofing have been recommended to me by someone in Kokomo. After I reviewed his initial bid and contacted him to discuss it, he decided to take a second look at the roof before talking to me. Upon closer inspection, he determined only part of the roof needed to be replaced and that he would stand behind his work for 10 years on a job where he was roofing over a single existing layer. His roofing work ended up costing me over $7000 less than his original price. Obviously, Jesse is an honest man, who relies upon his reputation for his business. He understood my situation as a long-distance landlord and when I asked him for other referrals, he was a great resource. I now have peace of mind if any other issues come up with my property. I needed also to have insulation in the attic, according to my tenants and one handyman I had hired. Jesse pulled off every roof vent and determined that the entire attic was already adequately insulated. Who knows how much that saved me! And then he found me someone to put on a gutter. Not only is he honest but he stands by his word. A contractor who was going to do some other work under Jesse for me, didn't get me a bid when he had promised Jesse. Jesse told him he'd never refer to him again. So I know keeping one's word is important in the eyes of Jesse Sisk. I am grateful to find an honest professional!

As a manager of rental properties, one of the most challenging parts of turnover season is finding…read morea reliable and reasonably-priced cleaning service to prepare a home for a new tenant. Brian came out to the home, did a full walkthrough with me, took detailed notes, and provided a quote based on the property's exact needs. We got a cleaning scheduled, and Libman took care of the rest. I happened to drive by while the crew was there, and noted their well-branded, clean, green company vehicle in the driveway. They had placed a large welcome mat of their own on the front porch while they worked, which I thought was a very nice touch. After they left, I stopped by to review the work done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everything is spotless, and I'm ready to welcome new tenants in at the end of this month knowing that they will feel happy with their decision to rent from me. I'll definitely be using Brian's team in the future for my other rental properties. A final note regarding price: Libman is not likely going to be your cheapest option, but I speak from experience when I say that ***you get what you pay for***, especially with cleaning and janitorial services. I've gone the cheap route before, and I have regretted it every time. Libman was reasonable on the price, and I felt it was very fair for the scope of the work being done. If you're looking to have the job done right the first time, consider Libman. Someone who offers to do the same thing for less is likely cutting corners, and you may have to do more work on the back end to get it right. For me and my business, having peace of mind with a high-quality service is worth more than saving a few dollars here and there.
