It took them a while because it was a pain in the a**! But they never complained and installed it perfectly. They even filled in some holes our dogs had dug (with some excess dirt). That is above and beyond!! In addition, they took down 6 tall metal poles that were remnants of an old carport. They even filled in the holes with concrete without us even asking. Kham hand-built a new door and it has worked perfectly since installation. We had purchased materials for a series of pantry shelves and DJ and one of his crew knocked it out in a few hours. It looks great and functions perfectly. We decided to replace the tile in the second, tiny bathroom. The floor went down without a hitch but we hated the old, broken soap and toothbrush holders above the sink. Tuan talked with my wife and he figured out how to carefully remove the soap and toothbrush holders and replace them with two of the floor tiles. We had no issues working by email and phone to plan out the fence lines as well as the design and materials. Despite a very long and unexpected wait (our own oversight) for proper permitting, Chamblee worked with us to ensure the design met local ordinance requirements. When the project was completed, we noticed that the clearances for the gates were all perfect, the gates were properly braced and very sturdy, and everything was perfectly level.
