I've gotten kind of spoiled by how great they treat their customers at this pharmacy. Coming from…read moreWalgreens, at one point I was used to being treated like a huge inconvenience, going without prescriptions for a week, or just being told to "call every day" to see if something is ready (no one picks up there). I switched to cvs and everything had been so wonderful. My prescriptions are always ready in time, if there is a delay they let you know, and they will call you back within the hour if you send them a message. Everything here has been so great that the one time I had a minor issue I pulled a Karen, left a one star review,, and called corporate. It was because of a mistake that literally wasn't anyone's fault and I realized fairly quickly that this was a monthly thing for me before. I hung up before I got through to corporate and deleted what I had written. What I'm saying is- CVS Pharmacy treats you so well that you start to expect more than humanly possible. Now that I'm not being a monstrous person who expects the world to revolve around them I'm very appreciative of this place. If your prescription isn't ready yet, you will wait ten minutes maximum. I highly suggest downloading the app though because they will always inform you when things will be ready and it will always be accurate. The staff is kind, eager to help, and knowledge. They also have some of the awesome pharmacy staff from Rite Aid which made me so happy. CVS is farther away than Walgreens but I *happily* go there instead because that small inconvenience saves me from a million large inconveniences. I honestly forgot that I literally dreaded going to pick up my meds each month because of how poorly Walgreens treated customers. Expanding my radius and going to CVS is one of the best decisions I have made as far as customer service/ retail experiences go.

The DMV scares me. I just stopped and asked the pharmaceutical staff if they offered up the eye test. YES! They did. $10.00, less than five freaking minutes and my license has been renewed. WONDERFUL, PLEASANT people. Brompton Heights, in my opinion, is one of the best I have ever walked into. After 40 years as a professional in the medical field, I have seen many many things, both good and bad. I am especially keen to keep an eye out for things that aren't so good in the nursing home industry. My loved one's assisted living journey began at another local facility. Because of the less than good care that was received he moved to Brompton Heights. This is a decision our family will never regret. There was also never a day or even a moment when he or his family was not treated with respect and dignity. He was without a doubt, a member of the Brompton community. He sadly left us on 12/31/24 because of recurrent cancer while under Hospice care. My biggest concern and fear upon learning his cancer had returned was how his pain would be managed. I was truly scared of this unknown. I can now honestly say that there was never a time where his physical or emotional needs were not met within a short period of time I can only speak to the tremendous staff on the North unit but I have no doubt that the South unit demonstrates the same incredible quality of care. Every single person in every single department that met him treated him as he deserved to be treated, as someone who mattered. Almost every single time I walked into the facility I would see a staff member or two, or three gathered with a resident offering comfort and sharing a story or telling jokes I am grateful for the care that my loved one ( and my family members ) received during the time at Brompton. Thank you each and everyone one of you from the bottom of my heart.
