So you could be on slot machines that are only paying back at 0, 10, or 20% at the time your playing them because the payout percentage is based on the entire location not the separate machine or machines you are playing so you are at a total disadvantage gambling there. I asked why and was told it is for contact tracing of COVID and that "all the casinos must do this" Since Jan 2022, I have been to five other gaming places in WNY. None of them did this. Went to Hamburg Gaming last weekend and the first thing I noticed was that their were tons of new machine & an increased number of machines. The second thing I noticed was that the layout was different than before, they used to have rows of machines. Now it seemed like they had them going every which way and you could tell that this was to increase the number of machines. Only problem was that it made it hard to walk around without bumping into a person or a machine and if it was hard for me I can't even imagine how it must be for the older clientele, the usual demographic the frequents the casino.
