Also, would like to highlight that the book buyback program is one factor that features great value. My daughter and I had a great time visiting 2-3 weeks back. Staff were super helpful and along with getting some used copies in great condition, we were also able to receive a discount (trip was within 30 days after the date of my birthday). So, thanks - you guys are great and we really look forward to next time! Love the music and instruments section! That may be newer, Thanks again

I worked with Craig and his associates for2 weeks sourcing diamonds for an engagement ring…read more Unfortunately Craig lost out on a $10,500 sale since he said he was going on a business trip and the diamonds we discussed are no longer available. Clearly my special day with my wife was not as important as a trip and Craig hastily dismissed me via email and lacked the professionalism to pick up the phone and speak to me. As an FYI for potential shoppers here, the diamond market is veiled and very liquid. Prices and availability are always changing. It is to be expected that if you want more then a few days, diamonds may go out of stock. Thankfully, more diamonds are always becoming available particularly lab grown diamonds. Once the 3 diamonds discussed with Whitten's went "out of stock" there was no attempt to earn my business by simply shopping around with diamond dealers for another day or two despite my vocal intentions to make a purchase. Unfortunately Whitten's Fine Jewelry did not live up to their reputation and likely with business practices such as this will likely not survive the recession of 2023. They have no intention of earning a client's business, likely because most of their shoppers naïveté.

It's been so long, I thought surely I would have to pay. When I saw Jimmy at the door, he said that bag is free sir! How did he remember? Soon my bag came back as if it's brand new. Except, I have my bag back and they even found expensive tools and parts that were lodged in the bag, and I couldn't get them out. Briggs and Riley disassembled the bag and got my parts back free of charge. I can still hear Carmen's voice, and his awesome son Jimmy was happy to help me for free. We love our Tumi bags, but this bad is my keeper! I happily recommend Bag and Bagage, no matter what you buy. I lean to the special qualities of Briggs and Riley.
