We've owned our 1950s ranch for about five years now--and yes, that has meant a lot of upgrades. During that time, we've worked with several contractors and handymen (about 4-6 total), and without hesitation, RRR Construction has been the best experience we've had. They're a smaller crew, but they absolutely pack a punch. PJ and Junior are detailed, transparent, communicative, and punctual. Their honesty and customer service are truly above and beyond anyone we've worked with in the past. From start to finish, we felt informed, respected, and confident in the work being done. It's incredibly hard to find a reliable, honest, and reasonably priced contractor these days, which is why we're so grateful we found RRR Construction. This family-owned business truly stands out for their professionalism, communication, and integrity. We will absolutely be using them again for future projects and wish them nothing but continued success. Highly recommend.

I put out a bid for some wall repairs after having our house re-piped. I decided to go with RRR…read morebecause I liked the way they talked through each hole (drywall, lathe and plaster, ceiling, tile) as a team and came up with a plan for each. I was very glad I trusted my gut and went with them, because I felt confident that they wanted me to get the best out of the experience and took pride in their work. They found black mold in my ceiling and treated it, and had to add unexpected insulation (and our 5 holes all had different color and texture paint) for only $200 extra. We are very happy with our house and will call again next time something needs to be fixed (hopefully no

Victor, owner of Pacific Northwest Paving, came to me to solicit the work, initially he suggested…read morepaving but I wound up needing help with general grading as I got some free dirt/gravel and I'm not yet ready to decide between asphalt vs concrete nor do I have funds for a real driveway right now. Victor is easygoing, eager, approachable, affable, honest, and chock full of integrity. He's also a human and like some other reviews note, he spends some extra time just getting a feel for "what does the customer really want" before making a suggestion. He is the type of person who you can actually trust, a rare thing these days. We made our deal, he noted the rains approaching, and he got the job done the very next day. I'm sure he can't always be quite that responsive but it was pretty awesome for me to get such premium service at a price I was comfortable with. When the job was done, there was one tiny little "oops" where my water meter got covered. I mentioned it and asked if I was being too much of a princess asking him to have his guys come back and dig it out, certainly I can spend the 5 minutes to go get my shovel and take care of it, but then again I was a paying customer. Victor did not flinch, he had it done when I looked the very next day. The quality of work done was excellent and this company is now my preference for all things dirt/gravel/asphalt in the future. Thanks so much Victor!

As I've read and he has said, he's not the most or the least expensive and if you're dealing with the city of Milwaukie there's no better person to do the job- he knows protocol, he knows all the city regs, and, though the city cannot recommend him many have said they'd pick him for work on their property. Virtually my entire sidewalk needed to be replaced. Part due to tree roots raising the sidewalk substantially and partly because old codes didn't require driveway sidewalks to be thicker than the other areas where cars don't drive. Unfortunately, the thinner cement lead to the sidewalk in the driveway to sink. Tony did a stellar job and got it done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend. It looks lovely. I've been getting a lot of compliments on the front of my house from neighbors and random passers by. Even the Amazon delivery guy complimented the front of my house! The only new thing in the front is that sidewalk, so "curb appeal" is a legitimate thing!
