I used them back in 2018 when they replaced my roof on the house I was selling. Their work is just as great as it was 8 years ago. Jason and Jaclyn kept me informed on updates and I really appreciated that. Mario was on the job and let me know what was going on with the project. I now have used them twice and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I highly recommend Orion Roofing to everyone. I also had several neighbors tell me they were very impressed on the job Orion Roofing did. So I just wanted to say to everyone at Orion Roofing Company Thank You very much. Chuck McMinnville,Or

I was impressed with the father/son team and asked them to do a maintenance project on our home. The estimate was very high, but thinking I would get what I paid for, I hired them to do the work. We had reviewed all the areas where the gutter facia board was to be replaced and as construction progressed, I reminded Noe of an area that still needed to be completed. On the final day I was ill and not up to a detailed check of the work. The next day I found that they had not completed a specific facia section, even though we had discussed it in particular the day before. I contacted Noe several times by phone and text, and he assured me that they would get it done. After months of promises, Noe claimed they were fined by the state for some violation and could not work. After that Noe refused to respond to any type of correspondence. Noe flat out overcharged me and then refused to finish the work. I would recommend staying far away from Alpha Roofers LLC

They took pictures of certain areas on the roof that they were concerned about as well as in the attic space. None of the other roofers I had out took near the amount of time that these guys did to really check out my roof situation. I hired them. I had them put gutters in as well. About a year later, I had water coming into my basement and I was concerned that maybe there was something going on with my gutters. They immediately came out ...on a Saturday! They probably spent about three hours here trying to determine the source of the water. It didn't have anything to do with the roof but they cared enough to really look around to determine the source which ended up to be a leak in my sprinkler system. They didn't charge me a dime on that either. I tried to pay them and they wouldn't take it. If I could sum up my experience (a complete siding job with James Hardie fiber cement siding) with…read moreA Cut Above Exteriors (ACAE) in one word it would be professional. This is an example of what dealing with any contractor should be. After much research I had decided to install the Hardie siding. I wanted to use a contractor who was familiar with the product and installed to James Hardie criteria and specifications. I went to James Hardie's website and searched for contractors that are designated as Elite Preferred. ACAE popped up and had impeccable reviews. Starting with the sales person, Joe, he thoroughly explained what they would do for me. He was knowledgeable and personable. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The bid was higher than the others but after researching (ACAE) and speaking with Joe, I was convinced they were the company for me. In this case, you really get what you pay for. I was introduced to Josh, the Project Manager. Once again, very knowledgeable and personable. Very easy to work with and communicated with me on a daily basis. When problems cropped up, he was always there to offer suggestions on how to proceed. His crew, led by Nikolay with Rosty and Eugene, did amazing work. The workmanship is impeccable; the crew was very organized and professional. They always made the worksite safe and clean; leaving everything spotless when they left at the end of the day. I can't emphasize enough the quality of their work. It was just beautiful. The paint crew, led by Vladimir, once again did unbelievable work; totally transforming the appearance of an already exquisite job. Although color decisions were ultimately mine, Vladimir was always willing to offer a suggestion as to which color to use on a particular area. (I had selected four colors for the primary on the house, secondary for the house, trim and the doors.) These individuals collectively transformed my house (a basic ranch) into a home that I am proud to show off. In summation, I would highly recommend A Cut Above Exteriors if you want premium quality work on your home. You can probably get a siding job done cheaper but I truly believe you get what you pay for. There is nothing I can say negatively about the experience from the initial walk around with Joe, the actual installation with Josh, Nikolay, Rosty and Eugene and finally the painting with Vladimir and his crew. I would absolutely use ACAE again.
