I called a few days later and they said he still hadn't looked at them. I called the next day and the girl who answered the phone said he still hadn't looked at them. I asked when I should call back and she said (a bit short) "don't, we will call you when we come up with a quote." It is now a week later and the metal was built by another Murray contractor.. My neighbor needed the help. I am not trying to do or take any work from local contractors. I'd still use you guys, but a neutral rating is more appropriate. I didn't have to use these guys to fix my air conditioner, but I stopped into their office because they have a sheet metal shop and I needed some metal built.. I don't remember the gentleman that I spoke to, but he ended up giving me some material that doesn't cost a lot of money, but was invaluable to me. It was a very kind thing to do, and he didn't have to do it Thank you, guys If I ever need HVAC work done, I would definitely call these guys first.

Thank you so much for telling me that I needed to call someone else, it worked out for the best for me. Called another company, they came out the next day, and had the problem diagnosed in less than 10 minutes. Turns out that split units have and indoor and outdoor units, who knew?!? I would warn elderly people to be cautious when dealing with Andrus. I do agree they did an…read moreefficient job performing the work for my parents; the only issue was the dirt was not leveled out so there's a large hump in the yard which will require hiring someone to level properly. However the primary concern was regarding Mary who was responsible for invoicing. During one phone call Mary was pleasant with my elderly mother and said she would email an invoice. Mary then called back a few minutes later and she sounded like a different person. She proceeded to react as if she were speaking with a criminal and my elderly mother is certainly not a criminal. Mary was in an agitated state and her language was very disrespectful, the only reason we can fathom is because my mother was not able to get to the office and pay immediately, rather she wanted to come in the next day (this was six business days after the work was performed). Mary then stated, contrary to her previous statement, that she would not provide an invoice for services rendered until after payment was made. My parents are the customers and there was no reason for Mary to have been so disrespectful; I actually had to intervene on the phone call to try to calm her down. My parents have had quite a bit of other work done in the past few months to include HVAC, termite treatment, and having vapor sheeting laid in the crawl space, and all the other services provided an invoice before expecting payment. I have lived in this area for several years and never had any service provider require payment prior to receiving an invoice, and I never imagined someone would be that hostile towards a customer. I hope that Mary finds it in her heart to apologize to my mother who is a good paying customer. If that were to occur I would be happy to change this review. (Please note, Mary and Shane came to my parents' house later the same day after my father had returned home and payment was made in full; a 3.7% fee was added due to credit card payment. Mary was pleasant during that transaction. I can only assume that some of their customers have not paid, but that is no excuse for being disrespectful towards a new customer.)

After calling someone on the weekend and paying $650 to have the tank pumped, I though we were back in good shape. Nope! The lower level of our home has a kitchen and its sink would barely drain! When I used the upstairs kitchen sink water would back up in downstairs sink! My husband tried snaking it and bought 2 industrial strength drain cleaners but nothing worked. I found Kevin on yelp & gave him a call. I also called 2 other plumbers I found on yelp but Kevin was the first to return my call for help! He came to our house that same afternoon & arrived an hour early too! I'm not exactly sure how he fixed our problem but after working an hour he had it working again! The fee wasn't dirt cheap, but it was definitely not over the top expensive either, it was a fair price that I was happy to pay for this job he did so well!
