We were with Hall's Waste Management in Murray, KY for 2 years. Recently I called to complain about my yard being torn up by their trunk. The driver flat out lied! Said the dumpster had always been there. Had the dumpster always been there my yard would have been torn up far worse! And no matter what you say.. you the customer will be the liar. Needless to say..... Hall's Waste Managements solution was to just pick up the dumpster. If you want good customer service ----- don't use Hall's Waste Mangement. I saw one review that was very negative about Hall's in Murray Kentucky. Curiously this review was from a person in San Francisco California! Could this person have mis- identified our local great service garbage collectors for some california group?? My experience over the last 14 years of weekly service from Hall's waste management of Kirksy Kentucky is that the workers are consistently really good. I highly recommend their service. Very poor customer service. Their drivers are lazy and leave trash everywhere and when I called to complain the woman on the phone wouldn't even apologise just tried making it seem like it somehow wasn't their job to pick up the trash that spilled or blew out of the can.
