I called a few days later and they said he still hadn't looked at them. I called the next day and the girl who answered the phone said he still hadn't looked at them. I asked when I should call back and she said (a bit short) "don't, we will call you when we come up with a quote." It is now a week later and the metal was built by another Murray contractor.. My neighbor needed the help. I am not trying to do or take any work from local contractors. I'd still use you guys, but a neutral rating is more appropriate. I didn't have to use these guys to fix my air conditioner, but I stopped into their office because they have a sheet metal shop and I needed some metal built.. I don't remember the gentleman that I spoke to, but he ended up giving me some material that doesn't cost a lot of money, but was invaluable to me.
