They helped with setting up my new router and made sure I had good signal all around my home. They also fixed my flatscreen that stopped showing any picture. They replaced two different parts on it and it still cost less than replacing the tv! I recommend Jake at Beacon IT! read more

He could have easily asked for a higher payment. I'm truly impressed with this honesty and will certainly use the business again.

The next day I sat and told 2 other contractors i didn't need their bids because I felt for certain this guy knew what I needed. All I really got was Crickets!!! I finally went to best buy and bought some insignia speakers which are probably better than the POS he would of sold me anyway. He was kind of full of ego when we were talking but he sounded like he was legit from what he knew about theatres and quality sound. Im glad I didnt get scammed by what he was going to sell me but I am still upset that I was gullible enough I pushed off other contractors waiting and now have to make time up. Live and learn.
