Update: Arrived…read moretoday and was ignored by the single employee who had her back turned to stock. Three of us waiting in line and when I asked her if someone was available to help us check or she scowled and huffed over. I also really really do not enjoy getting three different promotions shoved in my face (I don't blame her personally I blame FYE for making her do this) while trying to check out. Who even gets magazine subscriptions anymore? The headphones I bought (my fourth pair that are cheap AF but I love the color, that keep breaking) wouldn't even expand/open from their folded state. Immediately returned to the store to find 0 employees for FIVE minutes while I waited at the front register waving my arms at the cameras. I eventually just went and got the same headset and opened at that box, tempted to just walk out with it. She finally came out from somewhere in the back, told her the issue and left. She had to forcibly shove/pull the headphones I had bought with very loud audible clicks into place and then she couldn't even get them to collapse again. Cheap product as usual, and I told her I wasn't taking the risk with that pair and got the other which opened on the first try. It's a good thing I'm not a thief--this is Humboldt, folks, you can't have ONE employee working who leaves the floor for several minutes at a time and doesn't monitor your stock. Multiple employees have been awesome over the two years I've been here. Today specifically and especially Joseph got me hooked up with a device so I can stream DoTA2 TI9 on my tvand I won't miss a game!! He took more time than he needed to and went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks man.

I'm only giving one star because I can't give a negative…read more The staff here is extremely rude. The return policy is ridiculous! My daughter bought her niece an outfit. It was too small. She asked about returns at purchase and made sure to get a gift receipt. The sales clerk took all the tags off when she put everything in the gift box. When they tried to return/exchange they were denied. Not even store credit. This is ridiculous. DON'T SHOP HERE!

This is based on the service I've received as a customer for Verizon, as a company; not this…read morelocation itself. My parents had Verizon when I was growing up and so I decided to sign up as well. I had a great conversation with the person who set the account up for my sister, my wife and I. They even gave me a $25 discount. A little after that I added the ACP to our account and that gave us an additional $30 discount which put us at a $55 discount. (We are all struggling students so it was critical to lower our bill) A year later, my sister tried to add an additional student discount but instead it cancelled out our $25 discount. When I called Verizon they said they couldn't do anything about it. That it was gone. I was angry. But we let it go and moved on. We still had a $30 discount due to the ACP program. But then the ACP stopped getting funded and they removed the $30 discount from our account. They do offer Verizon Forward but it's only eligible for Verizon FIOS customers. A service that isn't even offered in my location. I recommend you go elsewhere for cellular services. Verizon is overpriced and will make their prices look pretty to hook you in then they screw you over later and take your money.

When I make the bed my shins take a beating, when I get in bed at night my toes take a beating from the center leg! When I complained about the three inches, the salesperson looked at me with a "duh" look and said "so? it's a generic frame" he didn't get it, said to put a pillow between the mattress and the wall! Never thought I would have to buy a pool noodle for a brand new bed to protect myself and then a bed skirt to hide the pool noodle! But you can be sure if I'd bought an adjustable bed it would have fit the frame perfectly..and cost more! Kind of reeks of "bait and switch" to me. In case you were wondering, I paid OVER a thousand dollars for this bed! Wish I'd looked on Yelp before buying but I wanted to "buy local"
